I like this place but even when the sign says OPEN, they are not. The door is locked. I called the number posted on the front door and got the message that the phone has not been set up to accept calls yet. How does anyone stay in business doing this ?
This has happened more than once too ! Amazing!

If I could give a zero i would, I entered this nail shop for the first time today, I went to open the door and it was locked( fire hazard) I will report this, also. There was a little girl sitting at a desk 🤦🏽♀️. Any how.. I asked for a no chip pedicure and the guy showed me a book of regular polish that they had put no chip top coat on 🤣🤦🏽♀️ how I know this is because I attended nail school like at a cosmetology school.
He told me to have a seat in the front while he goes to the back to get my water ready 🤣 when I mentioned I was a nail tech he issisted that I come back later he forgot that he had already booked appointment we're talking a nail shop that has literally walkins
What many people need to understand is these nail shops are not working in sanitary conditions and they're trying to keep you from viewing how they disinfect things you have to stay on alert because you only get one set of hands and you only get one set of feet I would like to see everything you're doing and to refuse me because I addressed you about my concerns and your how you're operating it's okay with me but I will report you and have you under investigation to make sure that you're not scamming the residents of romeoville or any other residence you will not charge me for a no chip and you're giving me regular paint with a no chip coat people stay alert out here if you're going to spend your money make sure that you're getting correct service and what you pay for and make sure that you see everything that these nail techs are out here doing because they're not moving in the way of the law I hope this helps someone.

Just moved to the area and been in search of a nail salon, and I've finally found one! I tried several others and did not have any luck, but Hannah did a wonderful job and I'll definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly and take good care of you as you walk in I always love to go there. They make me feel like family very relaxing calming place and my nails look beautiful.

Owner (Michael) did my nails and they look great. I noticed he put my nails under the UV light and I asked him if he was doing Acrylic because I didn’t ask for Gel. I didn’t know you had to ASK for acrylic. (He said they don’t do Acrylic with no chip which I never heard of). I intended on paying $40 for acrylic full set but was charged $60 for Gel which I didn’t ask for. He then proceeded to tell me he gave me a discount because I DIDNT tell him I wanted acrylic like why point the blame on me? The nails look great I just don’t feel like they’re worth $60. I would have paid $40 anywhere else. Also was charged because the nails are “long” and I didn’t think they were. I would recommend if you’re looking to pay a lot more but I’d go anywhere else.
