“It was an overall positive experience and the attendant was very friendly and helpful at all times.
The laundromat doesn't take money in the machine so you have to get the card to upload money on to use the amenities.
It took about $20 for me to complete two loads of laundry which isn't too bad. Overall I am pleased with my experience and I do recommend.
It got a little busy during the mid part of the day I visited on a Saturday morning. 2-8-26

“Always excellent service at the counter. Cleaning service has gotten a bit out of control. It would be nice if you offered bulk dry cleaning with a minimum weight requirement.
When I lived in the city there were neighborhood cleaners that did that.”
“The cleaning of clothes is done in a quick and efficient manner. You can get most items back by the end of the day you dropped them off. The help are friendly and efficient.”

“I generally really love CD One Price Cleaners. My one issue is that they did launder a silk shirt one time and completely washed out much of the dye, fading the shirt grateful. Since I didn’t notice it (it was a summer shirt I took in toward the end of the season), I never brought it back to complain. All that said, they’ve done a nice job on everything else for years. I’ll admit, I’m a bit ore prescriptive now when I drop things off, very directly point in our which things need to be dry cleaned and which laundered, but since I’ve done that I’ve had no further problems.”
“Man i absolutely love this place!I had got my hair done and noticed they slopped hair oil all on my neck causing it to be on my brand new Columbia coat! I took it here and they got it right out! Also very affordable I’ve been getting my clothes cleaned here every time now! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!”

“The facility was clean and well maintained. I wish I would have gotten the attendant’s name because she was amazing!! Extremely helpful and kind to everyone who walked in. I was in there with my brother in law, niece who is 1.5 years and nephew who is 5 years old. Laundromats are just not the most fun place but the attendant was so very sweet and offered some toys and stickers for the kids to keep them entertained. I was nervous we would be a nuisance but she assured us that we were just normal people trying to do normal things but that doesn’t mean we have to be bored! lol. Because of the sweet and kind hearted attendant we had a much better time than any of us thought we could. I so appreciate her!!!! I didn’t think kind people like her existed anymore.”
“I am amazed at what Spring Cleaners was able to accomplish! I brought in my 35 year old wedding dress that had never been cleaned. It had a large spot on the front. I just wanted the fabric clean so I can use it for another project. It came back as beautiful as it was on the day I wore it. They even cleaned the bag I brought it in! He was kind of desperate to get it done as he was stopping here in Joliet for only 2 days as he travelled across the country to his next billet/ base. Brite Tailor agreed to do the job for him and very politely gave him a military discount— even though they don’t normally give that discount! Please patronize this small family business if you have alteration or dry cleaning needs. Nice people!”

I was in town for a wedding and the owner worked with me to get my dresses ready in time (24 hours after drop-off).I included a photo of the owner adding extra plastic to the bottom of my very long dress. TAILOR in Willowbrook instantly turned me down simply because of a pocket in the back, but Lee Cleaners found a way to make it work regardless. I tried them on today & they're perfect. I have had a few last minute cleaning jobs. They took care of me. She worked her magic again. In October 2024 I had to have an alteration to my vest for my sons wedding.. I looked like million bucks. Feb 2025 she altered my jacket. I needed a robust zipper. The original was wimpy.”
