I cannot say enough about the levels of service we receive from this location and primarily, Jessica. In a desperate call before a long holiday weekend and when the rental department was already closed, Jessica and her team took care of our company with a rental needed immediately. The lengths she was willing to go without prompting or asking is exactly the partner we look for in business; the one's that are willing to go above and beyond. Unlimited Graphix and UGI Global in Lockport, IL thank you and your team!

We have been customers of Romeoville Ryder since 2011. I am writing this review to make sure necessary changes will be put in place.Romeoville Ryder location is the worst location in chicago labd with worst customer service and maintenance team which is led by worst management.We dropped 5 units for maintenances repairs on the week of 18th while drivers took hometime. Events leading up to Thursday september 21th…on Friday 22nd 8 am we emailed with requests for 2 units and William has advised working on one unit and 2nd will be pulled into shop shortly. At noon another emailed request sent and units not ready. 3pm we start calling location and units not ready. Kim with a bad attitude and very rude gives updates that she doesn’t know when trucks will be ready. William assured units will be put on 2nd shift and mechanic stays overtime to work. Emails from upper management ( William, Terrence) bounced that they on vacation till next week. Cellphones off. 9pm email from Romeoville ryder that units not ready. 11pm units not ready. We placed our driver at the hotel. Next morning Saturday 23rd we call in for updates and units not still not ready. Kim have told us to stop calling in for updates. They will let us know once units are ready. 10pm we decide to pull units out without repairs and go to work. And then we are told that units need to be put back together.Eventually we have 2 drivers waiting at the hotel and trucks sitting at romeoville ryder.We have returned 10 end of lease units in year 2023 and 3 more will be returned by February 2024 just because of this location. We officially done and moving our business to Penske.

Everyone should be fired at that location , starting from Kim for giving attitude to customers and then Terence for miss management of the locations . AllThose blood sucking union bottom feeders should not be allowed to interact with hard working trucking companies at any given time .No way to conduct safe and reliable business with while hopping for this location toDo its job

I called for update on 6 units we have there for repair. Worker named KIM answered and gave me information on 2 of them and than placed me on hold for 10 min than she stated she can't give me more information and started talking over me without giving me chance to tell her my other units numbers. I asked for her last name and title and she said you don't need my title and my last name i am the only KIM here. She was NOT helpful at all. Maybe i have disturbed her breakfast! I wonder why they choose this profession if they hate it so much. Zero customer service! Zero respect to the person. She said conversation is over and put me on hold again. I will get to her management and i hope conversation is recorded if not i will provide them my own recording so they can take the needed action.

Avoid if you have a choice. Bad experience with both rental and service departments. Try Pershing rd location, it’s decent.

Been here from Sunday 2:20am and look it’s Wednesday and still here waiting. Only two techs at night have nice customer service skills day crew needs to get fire and get new techs in here.

Lock up anything you have when leaving your truck for a pm. One of my cleaning supplies that I use to keep their tractor looking good ended up missing. Kept it the cup holder. Bottle from Chemical Guys that kept the dash sparking.

Worker at window not helpful at all..I seem to have disturbed her texing time..The one is was resolved with a sarcastic answer but nothing else was repaired at all..ok so why did i have to fill it all out..front blinker still also shorting out., hey can u fix the wipers...yep only put one on..lol first and last stop at this one

Bad communication. Been here 5 hours for no AC, no updates, nothing, not a peep. Went to ask a for a status update. Was told, "we'll know more in 45 mins". Not we'll be done in 45 mins, or there might be a problem. Nothing. I understand that repairs take time, but update your customers on progress at least!!!!
