“I went in on a Saturday evening, not long before they closed, with a tire/wheel issue. I wasn’t going to be able to get home to Indiana without help. They went out of their way to help me. I am so grateful for their willingness to repair my wheel, especially given that they had to work late on a Saturday to do it. All of the staff were great, polite and kind. These days, it isn’t often that people are so willing to go out of their way to help.”

“I have to say, Belle Tire knows how to make a customer for life. 2 separate encounters with them and both times went out of their way...above and beyond. Took my car in today to get new tires and replace a faulty TPS sensor. We were commenting about my check engine light being on and how no one can seem to figure out what was wrong...although suspected thw air filter that Jiffy Lube put in (yes! I know ... big mistake!) was the culprit. They said when the alignment was done, they would check it out. 15 minutes later, car is done, CEL is off and the airfilter put in CORRECTLY! It took a tire place to fix something that an oil change place(who should know how) didnt do right. And they didnt charge me. Life lesson...never go to Jiffy Lube. DO go to Belle Tire. They actually care about you!”
