Terrible services 0 stars they think their above the law because it's the federal government that runs this. My mail was late or not delivered at all to my creditors in the last months. 4 times in 4 months. This has never happened before. My credit rating score is down now because of Romeoville post office.
Been treated like crap by the people working in the office. Avoid this office if possible, I sure will.

They don't care that they put my prescription Drugs in someone else mailbox and know about it. Medicine that keeps me alive.
Staff and all need to go.

Fast helpful easy peasy. Don't be afraid to ask for help for shipping. They will have answers and likely better suggestions. Time of day matters for crowds. But many empty times of the day

I shipped 2 VERY valuable cameras from this Post office. While I understand that this is not the fault of this location in particular, I am infuriated to report that the package never arrived. Both Cameras belonged to my grandparents (my late grandfather and ill grandmother). One was a factory-new condition, 2016 Canon, and the other a 1984 film camera: an antique. I sent them, being told they would arrive in a week, and the week turned to two, then three, then a month. I kept close tabs on the item, and after multiple calls to their WORTHLESS answering machine, which only told me my package was LATE, but still on its way, did I finally raise the nerve to bang down the door and speak to a representative, who told me that the package should never have taken that long to find, and there was really nothing they could do. There was likely over a thousand dollars worth of equipment in that box, and when I filed a claim, all they could give me back was a measly $120. when I complained to family and friends, they told me that this was normal, and I NEVER should have trusted the United States Postal Service. This is a UNACCEPTABLE ANSWER. How can our GOVERNMENT FUNDED postal service not deliver a small box weighing less than 15 pounds from POINT A to POINT B? unbelievable. I would rather the cameras arrived broken, because at least at that point, the postal service would have done its Job, but no. The cameras might as well be incinerated. I don't know if they were stolen, broken, dropped off of a truck, or what, but as far as I am concerned, they just ceased to exist. The real kicker here is that this was my FIRST TIME ever using the USPS, and it is certainly the last. I have never been so appalled at a failure this extraordinary in a modern country. I will never use the USPS again, and would never recommend it for anyone else.

I called the post office to ask for help trying to locate my package that’s been missing for a month and instead of helping me or giving me an answer. I am getting yelled at for no reason extremely unprofessional and not the correct way to try to help customers

Horrendous service. Two of the employees I talked to today had horrible manners. They showed zero respect to you and acted as if anything they did to help you cost them an arm and a leg. Very sad that employees like those represent the U.S.P.S.

I live about three hours away from this post office, anytime I’ve ever ordered mail and had it go through “homer glen il” it’s been sent back to New York or something crazy. I think most of the people working for you are mentally handicapped. Quit profiting off the less fortunate I know you’re paying them lower wages since they aren’t competent.

My package went from being 2.5 hours away to being shipped passed by me and into ohio. Makes no sense to how shipping and routing works at all. Why would it take a whole other day. Now I don't expect to see this package until later this week, because people can't ship packages correctly.
