Water pump went out in my car in the middle of the night and caused me to need a late night tow. Thompson Automotive picked up my car, ordered the pump, and was able to take payment all the while I live in Missouri. Both people I interacted were friendly and informative. I will be keeping them in my contact list as I'm a frequent traveler in the area.

The people were very friendly and down to earth. The lady behind the counter gave excellent directions in spite the google map taking me the wrong way. I would recommend this automotive shop to anyone.
