“It is often rare in this day and age for a company to take responsibility when they make a mess up. I can say that Safelite is a company that takes professionalism and customer service seriously! After fixing my windshield, the maintenance technician forgot to give me back my apartment parking pass. The next day, my car was towed from my apartment building. After reporting the incident to Safelite, they took responsibility and drove me down to get my vehicle and paid the Towing fee. And even showed me how to get back to my apartment. I am very happy with their service as well as their ability to own up to their mistakes.”
