UPDATE: This Casey’s which is in another state from where I am and live and allowed a person in same town to gain access to my rewards account, change all my info as name and email address so I can’t access, and use all my points on an order that was delivered near by as I know as got the text with the persons first name and address. Contacting police and contacted Casey’s customer support which have not got a response. Unacceptable. If you have reward points and save them up like I do, just don’t as I am sure I will never see my reward points again and hundreds of dollars spent to get them. No more Casey’s for me!Went to top off gas tank before a weekend trip and used my company debit card which they put a $150.00 hold on. Previously with Casey’s and Mobil the hold would be removed with your real purchase the following day. On this instance it took 9 days for the hold to come off. Not acceptable. Got over 6,000 points still on my rewards but probably going to use and go back to using Mobil exclusively as every one of there holds come off same or next day and not looking to prepay as don’t know the amount my tank needs to fill up.

Chocolate muffins are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBKE. I would feed them to the ground in fear of dirt getting soiled. If you are going to get food, beware of LONGHAIRS tgat are disvusting.

Their website says that you can order online, so I went onto my computer and tried ordering gas. They told me they cannot do that, so I went in and bought 12 Cokes. That will show them!! I learned a valuable lesson from this. I am deeply effected by the environment and blah blah blah and they have good gas here. If you have the time to go there and don't order online, you can get some good gas. I attached a photo of the workers when they made the gas for me.

Really sad came in used ATM and it messed up and asked for help. Person behind the counter asked Mgr that never came out and got. Call the number we don't do anything with the ATM. Called number and ATM person said that Casey's needed to handle it. Shame as I spend about 500 in fuel here monthly for the company. Not anymore.

Very very poor customer service and management, the cruise in at Sophia’s happens once a month and it is just astonishing the way they treat participants that frequent their establishment and spend money and not eat at Sophia’s I am sure their nightly till is much more lucrative on those nights.It is sad to say but many of the suburbs treat the participants better than this station during car events. Maybe since the supervision does not support their community events, the community shouldn’t support that store.
