This branch has had decreasing quality in customer service. They no longer have people at the window for personal banking, and there are often long lines at the one and only ATM available for personal banking. On one occasion, 2 employees were standing inside chatting while the Brinks truck was occupying the only way that patrons can access their own money outside of business hours. It was shortly before opening at 9, and they only offered rudeness and condescension. A simple fix would be to coordinate Brinks pick up when another ATM is available or at least apologize. It would also be nice to be able to schedule meetings with bankers during the evening hours, as most patrons are working as well.

I had my account hacked. They tried 2 use my CC. I changed my info & was struggling. I'm an old woman on social security. My bank allows me 2 overdraw my account by 50. Pd my CC 4 25, only 2 discover the bank didn't honor it. It seems they could change their mind. If ur thinking about opening an acct, I'd think twice. This bank is no friend!!!

Had an issue with my account told them what we would like them to do to fix it and keep our future business with them. They were very accommodating. We worked with a newer employee Ezra he is an asset to the bank. We hope they retain him for many years to come. He gave us great customer service.

This is the 5th time I’m tried to come use the atm at a national bank and it’s broken again. You guys really need to get it together.

The staff at this branch is simply AMAZING! I have had times I needed to clear a check to purchase a new motorcycle and they made the calls to get-r-done. They always smile and say hello when you enter. They also go out of their way to help. I have notaries done there as well. Every time I've needed any special care/service they gladly helped. I wish they had two ATM's to use from the outside because on off hours there is often a lengthy line. However, they do have another ATM inside the lobby.

Really nice people working here, nice, professional and friendly, I was hesitating to take the dogs with me, but surprisingly they even received treats, we are in love!

My wife went to the ATM to get cash it gave her a ripped in half 20 they said "our ATM wouldn't do that" but it did now we are out 20 dollars because they can't fix it. I have several business account with chase and I will move all of them. I cannot believe this actually happened.

I've had my account with Chase for over 15 years now... never once had a problem until I went in today and a Bank Teller named Sarah with Auburn colored hair and black glasses snipped at me twice. I was completely dumbfounded by her attitude and taken back by it. Someone should offer her some customer service classes as a refresher cause that was just a hideous experience. Also heard her talking with another coworker about someone they've come in contact with (maybe another coworker) has COVID and they are working after being exposed to that person.

THE EMPLOYEES THEIR ARE VERY RUDE AN PREJUDICE, JUST BECAUSE IM A BLACK YOUNG MAN THAT OWNS A FEW BUSINESS THEY TRIED TO BE VERY SUSPICIOUS LIKE I WAS COMMITTING A CRIME FOR ASKING FOR 20k OUT OF MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT DID EVERYTHING BUT CALL THE POLICE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BANK EVER.

Well with my moms sudden passing (and I am heartbroken) the are not responding to my legal papers to close her account! I was told by many they are the worst bank to deal with! Maybe why 3.0 out of 5.0 rating!
