“This is a Disney land immediate care compared to others if you ask me. I mean that in the best way. They are kind and efficient. We were in and out fast, in the middle of FLU and everything else season. Our nurse Michelle was amazing (and funny) and Dr. Abernathy was also very down to earth and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things.
I have been to many immediate cares and ER's. I work in an ER. This experience was nothing like any of that. People fail to understand that if you are going to an urgent care or ER, expect to wait a very long time. It's not your doctors office and they treat many many patients with all different ailments at the same time. No appointments means 30 people could show up in 15 min. Just because the waiting area is empty, doesn't mean the back is not full. Some are way more serious than others and need more, you have to understand that! I will always go to Northepointe Immediate Care if I get a choice!!”

“I had a great experience when I last was seen here on June 17th 2025, I had Covid and was in extreme pain and I was able to get into this Immediate Care before they opened at 8:00 a.m. and I got into a room within five minutes and I was treated very nicely by the nurses who both were awesome and helped explain what I should do, I wanted a Covid pill but after learning about my medications it wouldn't be a good idea, so i was told to rest for seven plus days which I did and am way better now, but the night before I went here I went to the emergency room at Swedish American Hospital at 1401 E State Street Rockford IL 61108 and they took FOREVER and it ended up leaving because the pain was too unbearable and I would rather lay in bed NEVER AGAIN! But this Clinic was amazing and they helped me immediately thanks so much!!”

Having a GI procedure is rarely enjoyable however this was a step out of the ordinary. From prep to intake. Admission to recovery, I have never experienced such a smooth and comfortable experience.
