Well I didn’t check in on line, and I waited 1/2hr they kept taking others that had checked in, Even ones that checked in after I was waiting! A lot of yapping going on with hairstylist’s! I just got up and left! I will not be going there again!

I definitely caught them at a busier time, but it wasn't that bad of a wait. Happy with the shampoo, trim and blow-dry that I got, and would definitely recommend for others who want a decent haircut at a reasonable price!

Checked in on-line and someone it did not reflect in their computer. I showed them that I checked in and that there was an obvious mistake in the system, however they refused to move me up to where I should have been in the first place. But instead at the end of the line and put me on the bottom of the list.And there is no place to complain to as that corporate does not have a number.
