DO NOT USE LENSING STORAGE. Awful experience. We stored our RV there, and someone cut off our catalytic converter and O2 sensor. Called Lensing to report the issue, they responded by saying their security cameras DON'T WORK, and they'd do nothing to help us out. Also, they NEVER close the gate, so anyone can come in and out at any time. DO NOT USE LENSING STORAGE. What a joke.

Storage facility was great until our catalytic converter was stolen from our RV. When asked about security footage, they simply told us their cameras were down and could not do anything about it. High likelihood all converters are stolen from the RVs on the lot not parked indoors.

Non working gates. Always open. Lost 40 gallons of gas and damage to my motorhome. When I reported it to the office I was told sorry but the cameras didn't work either. Woman in the office brushed me off. Moved my motorhome to a MUCH MORE secure location.

Very Clean and Quiet place. We go often to storage during the summer and have had no issues. They keep it clean as well.

Front desk person is rude. They are very costly to rent. Depending on what storage you get it may be hard to pull the latch open. There is a mice problem which they care not to fix.
