Stopped in the middle of a 2 1/2 hour road trip because of some car trouble. Stopped at Marks, and they looked at the car right away so we could get on our way. Great service all around!

We had an emergency while traveling through. Mark's service was amazing and kind, squeezing us in and correcting the problem. A special thanks to Nick, it's so nice to see that great customer service is still alive.
