The girls were nice. Overall hygiene of place very poor. Reused instruments seen cleaning in sink prior to use. Dirt and dust on pedicure chairs, not wiped between uses. Toes came out ok, but would not return.

I only get my nails done a couple times a year & I only ever go here! Monique always does a wonderful job & is always very kind & welcoming! I highly recommend N.V. Us Nails!

My sister and I go here and we are very pleased with our pedicures and manicures every time. Monique and Paula are very courteous and professional. We highly recommend NV us Nails.

So I don't normally do this unless there was a huge issue. And one thing when it comes to my nails I am very very picky about and I even told the lady about that when I was there. Who happened to actually be the owner who did my nails. Well first things first I went to leave. Go to send a Snapchat to a friend of mine who will usually go and get our nails done together at orchard nails but my normal guy who does my nails didn't have any appointments available to do my nails for like 2 weeks and I really wanted my nails done so I googled places near me and this place had a good star rating so I figured I'd give it a try. Well my friend sends me a message back after getting my picture and points out to me how my left thumb fingernail look like the Polish was lifting so I looked and of course it was so I called the place back and I let the owner know what had happened and she apologized which was fine and told me that she was more than happy to have me come in and she would fix it for me. Do I come in so she can fix it for me? It took me about an hour or so cuz I had to go run to the store. But anyways she fixes it just you know files It off whatever she says. She thinks that it did that because it wasn't dry out of the way. Whatever. Who am I to say if she's lying or not because I'm not a nail tech. Well anyways I get home and notice my nail is all jagged. She didn't file it back down after she painted it again and the rest of my nails are uneven and just look like I could have done them myself and the fact that it was the owner that did my nails really upsets me because when I go to my normal nail place the gentleman that does my nails. He is the partial owner with his wife and he is so specific when it comes to nails. That's sometimes I'm there for 2-3 hours because he's a perfectionist and I don't mind it. And I don't mind paying the extra price. He charges because my nails last so much longer. Well I got my nails done not even a week ago. There's already horrible outgrowth they're already starting to chip. The shine is gone and I did get a no Chip manicure so I would say I will probably never be going back to this place and I hope that they take this review as a way to fix the things they are doing wrong.

As a big guy you always get a funny feeling when you go to get a pedicure. I felt right at home my feet feel wonderful and very reasonable priced. I think I found a Gem of a salon Great job!!

I decided to try this nail salon as my usual nail salon was closed. I got a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure. The whole thing took maybe 45 minutes or so which is actually very fast but too fast as my nails didn’t come out looking that great. I was going to rate the salon 1 star but felt that due to how nice the woman was who did my nails, that I at least wanted to give 2 stars. The salon was empty when I got there and unfortunately it was the dirtiest salon I have been to. I couldn’t tell if the tubs were clean or not as the scrub brushes were all kept in the tubs. The floors were dirty and the whole place truly needed a deep cleaning. I wasn’t impressed by my nails at all. There was dip powder left around the nails on both hands and the nails looked sloppy. My feet were also disappointing as the nails were not filled well at all. The big toe nail on my left foot is at a complete angle. The polish also looks dull. I paid $80 for the services and it wasn’t worth it all. As nice as my nail person was, I don’t pay for personality, I pay for the service and want my nails to look nice and they didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t be back anytime soon.Services: Pedicure

I am so happy I found N.V! Absolutely amazing service. I had recently moved away from my last nail salon and had gone to a few that just weren't as great. Paula did my nails and was so meticulous. She did an amazing job. The owner Monique is so welcoming and warm and friendly. I will definitely only be going to N.V. from now on.Services: Gel manicures

They say they take walk ins, we came over two hours before their closing time and they looked at us like we were crazy and rudely said they're closed after the people they're working on. Just the way they looked at us and were rude like we were intruding made us know forsure we won't ever come back. *** Their response to my review should show you how trashy and unprofessional this "salon" was. Completely trash ? you earned that one star, I already posted your unprofessional uneducated response on my Facebook so all the locals can see your lack of class. Good luck ?
