I've usually had a good experience here, but a new girl started who told me she had years of experience. She was terrible. I went back, and she tried to fix her mistakes, but it was still terrible. I went back again and one of the regular workers did a great repair..
Stylist: I just hope by now, the new girl is no longer there.

Been coming to get my nails done here 3 years. I always get a no Chip gel manicure. Always lasts super long only reason I go back is cause of my out growth if it wasn't for that my polish always lasts over a month if need be. They are very precise and pretty much perfectionist. The owners Wawa and Bebe always remember your name and always asks about your family and kids. Very kind and personable and do amazing work ????

First time there..very clean, timely and pleasant. I had a pedicure. Looks great and my technician was very nice. I felt the price was very reasonable

Absolutely ridiculous and completely disappointed. The website and cards say we accept walk ins but when you walk in they’ll tell you to come back for an appt. Terrible customer service. I got a gift card from someone and now I don’t even want to use it my 2 minute experience there was so bad. If I didn’t have a gift certificate I would absolutely 100% never go back.

I was told that the quality of services you receive here depends on the nail tech. Well, my friend & I must've gotten 2 terrible techs. They were totally checked out and barked orders at us. My tech smudged my toenail while slipping my foot into a sandal. They fixed it, but the part they repaired in the middle of my big toe flaked off later that evening. My basic mani didn't even last 2 days. I felt like it wasn't even worth it to go back & have them fix it. They were dismissive to my friend (an older woman with hearing aids) when she couldn't hear them & asked them to repeat what they said. Plus the services were very expensive compared to similar local places. We left disappointed, especially since this was part of a gift for my friend. It definitely wasn't the relaxing experience we'd hoped for.
