“The Rockton Post office and ALL the employees are absolutely fantastic! One of my favorite stops. In my experience, every staff member has gone above and beyond for their customers. This is still small town customer service, where you are always greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would!”
“Service has always been great however today there was a huge line and only one lady working so she was swamped so no fault of hers but I was there only for a stamp and as I was looking around while standing in the line I seen a machine that said self service postal so I wondered if I could possibly get a stamp so I walked out and gave up my place in line but I was lucky enough that the machine did a number of things including swelling however many stamps and you want which is also a good thing I just needed one and I didn't want to buy a book of stamps considering I don't mail a lot of letters so I'm so glad I found that machine which got me out the door probably at least 35 to 40 minutes faster and yes the line was out the door and why only 4 stars today ,someone in charge should have made sure she got helped”
