Pretty expensive compared to how dinky the work out area is.

Cannot get an answer on the phone and have tried several times through the day on several separate days. Hours on the recording stated they were open.

Pickle ball runs that place and the Beloit branch too. If you are looking to play basketball, teach your kids how to play basketball or volleyball, look into other options in the Stateline area. Maybe call your local church to see if you can use thier gym. Not worth the $50-60 a month for families looking for gym time.

Basketball coach swearing at a child and making them cry telling them to leave a game and Kobe the sports director was told of this immediately after while the game was still going on and all he said was he would make sure that coach doesn’t coach in the future. He should’ve been pulling that coach right then and there! It’s a shame our kids can’t even enjoy something with out being bullied by adults! And it’s a shame no actions are taken. I will not put my son in anything through the Y going forward.

Been a member for quite sometime 12+ years, love the community and friendship I have made here. Yes I have tried other gyms but recently I learned that I get as much in my workouts if I put my 100 % in; it is not the fancy place is the people that make that place worthwhile and the STATELINE YMCA is the place for me and my family!

This is a smaller YMCA but you can still get a good workout in. Depending on what time you go the free weight area can be a little congested but there's plenty of cardio and weight equipment in the facility that you can work around that. Staff is friendly and classes seem to be well attended. Fun fact: this used to be a bowling alley.

Little expensive of a place and a little small but it has everything you would need to get a good workout in! Gym floor isn’t too dusty and the hoops aren’t too bad

Picked up my son yesterday from the y care after school and his finger was slammed in the door by a “teacher”. I was not notified about this at all, only through my 9 year old. No accident report? Nothing. Now he’s still complaining of pain I got him a finger splint and sent him to school. Only to be in the emergency room tonight after several calls from school nurse saying he needs to have a hole put in his nail to release pressure/blood. So I had to leave work, hopefully I don’t get fired because I’m still within the first year working for this company. I’m at Swedish American on state street right now I would like to speak with someone. I tried to call and leave a message but no one answers, no voicemail option either. We are members, also have my youngest in pre-K at the Roscoe Ymca and pay thousands towards after school care for a couple years now. Cannot believe how my son was treated and not even a note saying what happened!!!!!

Let me tell you, I love the YMCA, but the head of their after school program, Jennifer McClone, does not follow up. I tried to sign my child up for the program in Roscoe, was told they were full, after my chance contact with her saying they had openings a week earlier. I tried to contact her since, voicemail and emails, no response. I belong to the y, and I use their f/t daycare service, run by Karen Murray who is great! Someone needs to tell Jennifer how to do her job.
