Stopped at this Walmart Vision Center on a whim, and am I glad I did! Barb welcomed me and helped me find the perfect frames. When the glasses arrived, she went out of her way to make sure I had the perfect fit. I would highly recommend this location. They have a great selection of frames in all price ranges. Thanks, Barb!

The Manager, Angie is fantastic! She was able to replace the frame for my husband's glasses and even put on new more comfortable nose pads. My husband is handicapped so so offered to walk out to the car to fit the frames for him. What a wonderful, kind lady! Thank you.

I already had my prescription I just needed to pick up some glasses. The process was quick and the customer service was friendly. They called me back when they were ready to pick up.

Can I give 0 stars? I have come here two days in a row (with my 3 kids) and both women couldn’t help me buy a pair of glasses. I walked around Walmart for an hour waiting for her to get off lunch & she can’t figure out the eye insurance. 2X in a row!!!!! Why are people working alone, that don’t know how to do this job.

It takes talent to make a customer already at the store WANTING to give you money, instead decide to go home and order from a competitor. The lady who helped me managed to do that in under a minute. Because they dont give out any trial lenses. By the way I would have paid for that too. Stay classy Roscoe Walmart Vision.

Was told to hold for a few minutes....... then turned into 20 minutes..... called back to try and see what was going on or if I was forgotten, and I wasn’t even able to say a word before being placed on hold, bound for another ungodly and unprofessional response time. Couldn’t expect more from an eye care establishment owned by Walmart. Take your business elsewhere people, unless you want to be receiving retirement by the time you get your glasses ? #worstserviceever

Buyer beware!!They don't know how to properly bill insurance! I was over charged by well over 200.00. I have spoken to Angie the manager at that vision center several times and furnished proof that they needed to refund the over charge. Today she informed me that she just hasn't had time because she is dealing with customers. HELLO I am a customer that has been over charged!! I turned it over to customer service today. I would go elsewhere! They don't know what they are doing!!

The eye exam was fine. I wear bifocals and when I came to pick up my glasses they were single vision. So mor I have to wait another two weeks to get the right glasses. They didn't offer to do anything other than order me another set of glasses .Not happy.

I consistently have good experiences with this vision center. The personnel are kind and courteous, my glasses are available in a respectable time frame and even if I sit on my glasses within the first year, they replace them. Highly recommend.

One of the nose pads on my glasses broke in half. I ran to the eye glass store and asked if they could be fixed. For less than $3 and 5 minutes later I was out the door with new nose pads. The tech. was very helpful and professional. Her service was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
