Rude staff. Never have meds prescribed by doctors. Always blame insurance and doctors, take NO responsibility even when they are at fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Use call centers with people with no training to take overflow calls. This is people's health in their hands!!! It should be giving the respect by knowledgeable people that they would want for their loved ones. Instead, so many of us are treated like garbage they stepped in! Totally inexcusable!!!!

They have gone downhill in the last few years. Untrained shift leads left with untrained cashiers.and a rude cashier that didn't know the store opening hours. Told me to look at the door. Shift lead should not be left there with two young employees if she doesn't know everything to run the store. The cashier had to ask how to put a check through. Sorry this store used to be a great place to shop, but not anymore.

UNACCEPTABLE to deny someone a covid test because they're early or a late for their appointment. I wait 20 minutes in line sometimes and 30 min for Dr. appts. In the time the Pharm tech took to argue her point with me, I could've swabbed and handed it back 10 times. Ridiculous!!

Drive up extremely slow, waited over 20 min. They need a 2nd cashier in pharmacy drive up. It's horrible

We have been using this pharmacy for years and have always received solid service. I love the double drive thru and feel the service is generally fast unless they are extremely busy.

Got here an hour late and was unable to pick up my albuterol inhaler was told to drive 45 minutes to the next 24 hour pharmacy.. guess I'll just have an asthma attack then

Absolutely the least helpful pharmacy in the area. Impolite, thoughtless and uncaring. Definitely changing pharmacies stat!
