Love the ability to select individual nuts; bolts and screws and get exactly the number I need.
Also - very friendly and helpful staff - always greet me when I arrive and will ask if I need help or where to find stuff

The most unhelpful employees!! Lens ace with the unhelpful hardware person. Will not be shopping here anymore. Had a question about a spark plug for a toro snowblower,a brand they sell,and the gentleman told me he's not an expert on sparkplugs. When I asked if they had a reference book to look up the right plug his answer was I should Google it. Nice answer for lazy employees

Let me first say, I buy thousands of dollars a year from this location and it is usually an amazing experience. That being said, Julia should not be a manager representing your store. Lens has always prioritized customer experience but Julia has her own agenda. I’ll stick to the competitors going forward.

Great Ace Hardware. Good for quick trips or getting some knowledgeable help with your project. Just don't ask the old guy in back (forgot name- uodate when i go back). He's usually too busy to help and says "what is on shelf is all we have", even if there is more in stock.
