Eric is a good dude and has been incredibly helpful from day one. Even months after I bought my car, he’s still just as helpful and willing to answer any questions I have. That kind of ongoing support is rare, and it really shows how much he cares about his customers. The entire experience at A CAR LOT INC was smooth, honest, and stress-free. Eric is a liar. He sold us a Sprinter in terrible condition. He knew it had system problems and lied telling us he had mechanic working out all of the kinks. All lies. I took it to a dealership and there was about $24,000 worth of problems with it. Stay away from this dealership

Honestly is right person to deal with (ERIC) very honest man I purchase a 2019 Mercedes sprinter from him and its really great van helps a lot with my business. And he give me very good deal on the price too You deal with him like your dealing with someone you know for long time. A car lot inc 🫶🏻

time day or night. I went from transits to
sprinters im glad that i found Eric and his

I went here on a whim looking to buy a sprinter van. I am a mechanic and the van I was looking to buy did need some work and after talking with Eric (the salesman) we agreed that he would send the van in for all repairs, (tires, minor suspension work and check engine light repair) and that I would leave a deposit and could pick the van up in a few days once the work was completed. I got a call a few days later that the work was finished and I could pick up my van. I unfortunately had made this decision without the full consent of my other half and she was NOT having it. In short I was not able to purchase the van. Embarrassing to say the least however Eric was able to refund my deposit in a situation where he was not obligated to do so and was able to help me out in a snap decision that I had made. I am not suggesting anyone go here and put a deposit down and expect your money back, I am just sharing my experience that could have otherwise turned out not so great. Even though I was unable to purchase the van, I had a very good experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone

This is the single best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I found the perfect Sprinter online and Eric took the time to FT with me and look over every part of the vehicle. He pointed out the damage and flaws with the van and made sure I fully understood what I was getting. He got the contract to me quickly and I wired the money to him from Florida. Without any obligation to do so, Eric took it upon himself to try and remedy all of the issues he noted before shipping the van. To say that he has gone above and beyond is an understatement. I am blown away. Can't wait to get the van next week and I will update my review.

I purchased my Sprinter from Eric almost a year ago. I live on the West Coast and could have easily purchased a Sprinter locally. The reason I made the trip to purchase my van from Eric is because of the service before and after the sale. Out here I couldn’t even get Mercedes to return a phone call. Being new to Sprinters I had lots of questions and he has always answered them and my endless phone calls. Even today I lean on Eric when I have a Sprinter question. He is very knowledgeable about his product and knows more than most service writers at Mercedes dealerships. Unlike the dealerships Eric stands by his product. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him.

Well where do i start? It all started one late night suffering the web for the ultimate Mercedes 4x4 Sprinter Van! After several hours of not finding what I was looking for one pops up. Forgot to mention I’m in Austin TX and the the van is in Addison IL, man a thousand miles away! Well it’s what I want so I’ll just have to fly up there and take the risk of having to fly back, that’s if it doesn’t meet my expectations? So later that morning I call and Eric answers the phone, I asked a few questions about the van, and of course he basically says what most would say, it’s almost “perfect condition”! So I say to myself well I’ll take the risk it’ll be a nice little trip at least. Well that day my wife starts to feel sick not to mention it’s towards the end of winter so still cold. We start packing, the next day she feels real bad, bad cough, not COVID but it sure felt like it! So now we are saying it’s best if we don’t go? Over those few days I had been in communication with Eric and mentioned it’s going to be a week or two now before I could go due to my wife being sick. So he mentions just have it shipped, I said yea right u’d love that! If anything is wrong with it then I would be stuck with a van I would not be happy with. Not to make a long story any longer, this van is what I wanted! I put my full confidence in Eric after all he even promised if there was anything I was not happy with he would refund my money and take the van back or do everything in his power to make it right for me. The van arrived and Lo and behold it was exactly the way Eric had described it! Eric was extremely honest and very helpful from the start and well beyond after the sell, lve had a few questions here in the past few months, he answers the phone every time and has the answer!
There’s very few individuals like Eric in the industry but when you have the opportunity to work with one it gives you hope that one day the world will be a better place..

Eric is so very helpful and thorough! We were out of state buyers, and he took the time to video chat us and give us tours of his vans, and explain in detail each one. He was always available for us, and always had great inventory that fit all our needs. 10/10 recommend. We felt like valued customers.

I had my doubts when searching for my Sprinter. I had a max price set and could not budge from it. Though we could not come to an agreement at first, Eric was willing to take the loss and meet me at my price. There are very few people willing to take the necessary steps to make things go well. I had one small issue with the van after 1000 miles, but Eric was willing to pick up the phone and help me through it and landed on exactly what the problem was. Used vehicles come with the inheritance of potential issues from previous owners, that can't be put directly on the dealer.
If you are looing for a Sprinter, this is the place to go! Eric, though he talks a lot, will go above and beyond a 'salesman' and become a helper to the buyer in whatever reasonable needs have to be met. When I need my next sprinter van, this IS the place I will look to first!!!
