Yati was amazing from first point of contact to even after I drove off with the Truck. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado and honestly the vehicle was in perfect condition and at such a great price. I saw the vehicle on the CarGurus app and called as soon as the shop opened Yati answered the phone and all my questions. Since it was my first time using CarGurus I was a little skeptical that it was a scam because it was such a good deal. As soon as Yati heard I was skeptical he FaceTimed me on the spot and showed me the dealership and the vehicle I was interested in. After the phone call I wasn’t worried anymore and bought my flight from Georgia. The next day I arrived at 1130 and Yati was there on his day off to greet me and help me with the process. They knew I had a 13 hour drive ahead of me and I wanted to hurry up so they worked in a fast manner but still very efficiently, I signed my papers they filled up the gas and changed the key battery and I was out of there within 1 hour. After I bought the car I contacted Yati about what they used to clean the car because I wanted to get some myself since it was so good. He responded quickly and respectfully I got my answers and am very happy with all the service and conversations I had with them. Btw this is my 3rd car purchase the first at a Honda and second at a Toyota and by far was the best one in every aspect. Thank you Yati and thank you affinity!!

Be very careful. I bought a used tesla, it appeared ok but after purchasing I took it to a tesla dealer and I was quoted 9600 for repairs. Almost what I paid for the car. Tesla deemed the car unsafe. My understanding is that a car sold by a dealer must pass a safety inspection and this car would not pass. The dealer is unwilling to do anything for me. I tried to be flexible and would settle for discounted repairs. I feel I have responsibility and so does the dealer. From my experience you dont have any more protection than buying from a private party. Buyer Beware

Great dealership! Our salesman, Yati did a great job. Yati was helpful and available throughout the whole process of buying our new work van. Financing was easy and affordable, thanks to our new friend Jay. He got us in and out of the finance process in record time. We will be buying our next work vehicle from Affinity.

First and foremost I had a great buying experience! I am from Kansas and my business partner and I bought a 2018 Ford Transit work van from Affinity. The sales process was easy, quick, and the van was everything we expected and more. I would totally buy from them again. We only had a small issue when tagging the van out of state and need to get it resolved quickly. We have tried to call multiple times including the Kansas DMV to get a question answered on the paperwork. On our Bill of sale there is a charge for VIF of $995.00. The DMV will not tag our van until we have written description of the charge. If someone can please respond back so we can get our van tagged that would be wonderful.
