All About Blinds provided excellent services and products! Debbie, the owner, came to our home for the consultation, and we were incredibly impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and design expertise. She was able to help us pick out the best blinds to fit each space and the aesthetic of our home, and it felt like meeting with an interior designer. She brought samples, photos, and was very communicative throughout. The installation of the Hunter Douglas blinds we chose went very smoothly as well. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with All About Blinds from start to finish. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new Hunter Douglas blinds – they look beautiful and the quality is outstanding. The entire process, from browsing options to the final installation, was seamless and stress-free. The team at All About Blinds made ordering easy, the pricing was competitive, and the installation was quick and professional. I highly recommend them!

The blinds are expensive but they look nice and the installation was relatively painless (they had to come back multiple times over weeks to replace an end cap). The real problem is the quality of the blinds and dishonest warranty. My blinds broke after about one year of use, and they will only honor the warranty if I disassemble the blinds myself and drive them in or pay $150+ just to come out. What a racket!

I can’t say enough about All About Blinds. Debbie was professional, very brand knowledgeable and made great suggestions. All measurements were 100% accurate and her installers topped it off with a very clean and perfect installation. I did price several installers and Debbie was the most competitive with the highest end manufacturers. We appreciate how fair Debbie is and would absolutely recommend All About Blinds! You won’t be disappointed

To be fair, I give 3 stars to All About Blinds and 0 stars to Hunter Douglas. I wish I could recommend this company since one of my close friends recommended it to me, but I cannot. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience ordering roller shades. The order was placed back in October 2022. It has been over 6 months since the beginning of the process until I said enough, no more remakes.I did like Debbie, the owner of All About Blinds, a lot. She did a good job helping me choose the style, the color, the material and gave me a fair price.However, I did not like Hunter Douglas’s product and service. The main issue was brand new shades had fraying edges. The shades were remade several times. After 4 installation appointments, I got 4 good shades. Then they ran out of material, so after waiting for 2 months, today, I had 5th installation for my last shade. The newly remade shade was even more defective than its prior versions. Quality control is non-existent. I did not want any more remakes, so I just decided to keep the previous version of the shade which I can fix with some anti-fray glue.The installers for Hunter Douglas were not great either. My biggest issue was that they made extra holes in the ceiling, though wall installation was specified on the invoice. They fixed the holes, but the area still needed to be repainted.I am beyond dissatisfied with Hunter Douglas' product and service. And it is a bummer because I really like the look of these blinds. I was considering installing them in a couple of other rooms, but I am glad I didn’t.I appreciate the compensation that Debbie offered me for this very unpleasant experience.

This is the second time I have worked with Debbie and "All About Blinds" First was for my business and all I can say is that she has been nothing but spectacular in everything she does. I get constant compliments on our window and door treatments at our business and they truly look 5x the actual cost I paid. I didnt hesitate when it came to do our house, just like before, everything came out perfect and my wife and I could not be happier! Thank you and your staff for a wonderful experience!

All About Blinds has impeccable service and pricing. Debbie and her team never tried to “sell” to me and recommended products that fit within our budget and the design we were trying to achieve. The process from start to finish was seamless. If you are looking to get multiple quotes don’t waste your time, work with All About Blinds, they will treat you like family. Loved supporting this family / women owned minority business!!
