While on the phone with WILL-CALL. I was asking questions about a product. Not only the rep sound clueless, He kept going in circles on my questions and he hung up on me. Clearly he didn't know the information and chose to not assist me. Horrible customer service.

Not a professional place, they only care about paying them!! Disappointingly low customer service!!! Never, will l return! Better off shopping at Menards, Home Depot, or even Walmart!!!

I wish there was a half star to give, because a full star is definitely too much credit. I can't say this enough, the people who greet you in the front of the office are the face of your company. When walking in and being greeted in a rude demeanor, and then giggled at is more then disrespectful. I was very much interested in multiple generators and looked forward to purchasing them for my own company that is family owned. To say the least, there was a boy/man named Jim. He was very rude and seemed to not take any of the questions I had into consideration. He was very rude to his team members, that worked in the warehouse. As a company you work together. As a sales man I figured he would be more knowledgeable but instead he was just irritable. Business owners small and big, stay away. Hopefully they can get their management team under control, I will be taking my business elsewhere!Don't go to Jim, by far the worst experience I have had. I can't imagine how he acts when customers are not around. Probably going to the BBB as well.

To whom it may concern.You have a customer service tech. at the Roselle location that I would like to give a shout-out. Tony is a kind and very easy man to work with.I am not a top-of-the-line electrician. Tony understands my lack of skills and makes it very easy for me to ask questions and get to the point of what I need.I wish he could permanently be in charge of our West Chicago District 33 account.Good job, Tony.

Great place to get Generac generators. Always in stock and knowledgeable.
