True 5 star service. Staff is very friendly.I was asked if I wanted water or coffee several times. Within about 45 minutes, I was able to apply and get approved for both a new checking and credit card. Special thanks to Edwin for recommending the right products. Very good first impressions over all. Thanks for sustaining such a friendly environment in the branch.

Very good customer service. Bankers and tellers are all very nice.Offers water, even a dog treat to my puppy.One thing thought they could improve on is their technology. Great that they can produce a debut card in the fly, but the printer was jammed. Also they are printing out lots of papers, thought it would be more environmental friendly if they can go more paperless, and capture digital signature instead.Overall, I do like this bank thus far.

Do not recommend banking at Associated Bank in Roselle. Do not trust this bank! Managers make statements on promotions and do not follow through or call back.

Super slow - nice ladies but so slow. There was one worker and another just watched her handle like 5 customer- a phone call - the drive up while she did nothing. Took way too long
