Moved from Illinois to Florida without any issues. Both the coordinator and driver provided good communication throughout the process. Easy to work with. I would recommend them.

We had such a fantastic experience working with “Beltmann Relocation Group - Chicago - Roselle” for our move, and we can’t recommend them enough!
From the start, Brenda (our Beltmann Relocation Coordinator) and Mark were absolutely incredible—super communicative, helpful, and always making sure we were prepped for each step as my wife and I moved into our first home together. She checked in regularly leading up to the move, and even stayed in contact with us throughout the actual moving day, which gave us so much peace of mind.
The day-of moving crew—Humberto, Caleb, and Arturo—were truly outstanding. Not only were they great at what they do, but they were also kind, funny, and genuinely patient with us. They made sure everything got into our new home smoothly and exactly where we needed it, always asking how they could help or adjust things to make it easier for us throughout the day.
The entire Beltmann team was kind, professional, and incredibly supportive the whole way through. Moving is always a lot to handle, but if you want peace of mind, calm energy, and to know you’re in trusted hands—this is your team!
With Brenda guiding us through the move, and Humberto, Caleb, and Arturo on-site with us, Beltmann truly helped ease us into this next chapter in our lives and made our move into our first home feel like the exciting milestone it was meant to be.

Driver was excellent. He made sure everything was packed well and made sure we were happy on the unpacking side. Both crews did great under the driver’s supervision. The moving coordinator was great as well. She checked in during the packing process and the unloading process. Can’t say enough about the staff. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a moving company.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Terrible communication, or lack thereof, during the entire process. The coordinator was utterly useless and was terrible at communicating with us, told us incorrect things when she did bother to return messages and was clueless on what was going on. I gave her more information than she gave us. Laura was the only person that was good and she left the company.
Oh, by the way, I'm still waiting on a response from them on our one-time empty box pickup that two people told us we get for free, but now are saying it is not included. What a surprise.

Beltmann was awesome every step of the way. From Megan doing the initial consult/pricing to Brenda coordinating each step to Leonard and his guys handling the move it was a seamless experience with very few annoyances which is not common when moving across the street let alone across the country! I heard horror stories of long-haul moves and was geared up for shenanigans and I was beyond pleasantly surprised when there were none!! Brenda was super responsive and helpful and answered every question and addressed each concern quickly and clearly. Even when my building freight elevator was out of order on move day Leonard made it work! Brenda checked in multiple times and made sure everything was going as planned. My stuff arrived in the entirety and without as much as a scratch! Leonard busted his butt and kept his crew moving and was a gentleman the entire time! I hope I don’t have any more long-haul moves in my future but if I do, my first call will be to Beltmann! They made what could have been a terribly stressful situation and made it easy! And their pricing was better than the other national movers…I cannot recommend them enough!! Thanks Megan, Brenda and Leonard!!! Job well done!!

We heard of and read so many horror stories concerning movers it was a daunting task to choose one for a major move for us after livinging in the same home for 30 years! I did my research (deal directly with a moving company!) and interviewed 3 different companies and found Beltman/National Van Lines to be the best fit for us and a competitive price! They were so clear on the logisitics and Megan and Brenda were super helpful! Megan even brought us some boxes to help us with our prep and packing! And the timeline and communication around it was first rate! Our driver, Leonard, was exceptional! He was there to load and unload and the teams on each end were super friendly and careful with our stuff! I couldn't be happier with how things worked out!

Everyone I dealt with Beltmann were professional, courteous and efficient- The salesperson- Laura H was quick to respond and very accurate with the phone survey / estimate. The Move Coordinator-Brenda K was friendly and very responsive. The Movers- Juan R and Nick were a great team. They worked professionally and efficient. I would recommend this team anytime.

This is now my 3rd big move but the 1st I had to coordinate myself and Beltmann was amazing from start to finish . Eased my tension points from the initial survey . Megan and coordinator Brenda was very accommodating and answered all my questions .
The driver team and service was top tier !

My move from the Chicago suburbs to north Texas could not have possibly gone smoother. Everything was professionally packed, loaded and delivered. Not one thing was damaged. The delivery was two days faster than originally scheduled which was super helpful for our situation!

Right from the get go the estimator, packing people, loading & unloading, driver & truck were superb. I myself am restricted to a wheelchair and mom is 98yo and everyone genuinely worked with concerns for our belongings (which included a beautiful Yamaha piano and our 17th century French Grandfather clock). Also, they made two delivery stops, one at a leased storage unit as well as the house. Everyone was exceptionally accommodating including a live video walkthrough to be sure nothing was left behind. As I told them, Bravo Zulu!
