I had a hornets nest in my front yard tree and was worried that my kids or the neighbors would get stung. I called around to 2 other businesses and they wanted to up-sell for yard and home treatments as well, which I have already done myself. I called Bugs Anonymous told them my issue and John was out the next day, no problem. He sprayed and killed the nest then came to remove it a few days later. They were the most reasonable and great to work with. Thank you John.

Bugs Anonymous comes out and does a great job killing and getting rid of waspy's hornets mice rodents and other bugs that disturb or disrupt your living . Very dependable and experienced staff. I would recommend using them . Thank you everyone at bug's anonymous

I have been using this family-owned business for OVER 30 YEARS and two homes in northeastern Illinois. I was lucky to find their company in the days before the internet.Why do I love this company?--they are different from the rest. They don't set you up to load your home with toxic chemicals on a regular basis. Rather, they come out with a low-level toxin spray that's safe for children and pets once it dries. Yet, it kills all the bugs that are bugging you. I have children and pets. Babies and pets are in close contact with the floor where the chemical is sprayed along the baseboards. Once it's dried, I know that it won't affect them. And, if you're really concerned about exposure, you can tell them where you consider it unsafe to spray--and they're totally cool with that.Quality: You call them out, they spray, and the bugs are dead and gone. AND, THEY GIVE YOU A SIX-MONTH GUARANTEE!!--if you see any bugs that they sprayed for within 6 months, they re-spray for free. They stand by their work!Value: Who wouldn't want a pest-control company like this? I wouldn't. That's why Bugs Anonymous has been my go-to FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND TWO HOMES! They charge you for a call and give a 6-month guarantee. If you see anything within 6 months, they re-spray for free. I currently have a large house and the owner sprayed the whole place, including the basement, attached garage, and outside perimeter for (as of 10/23 and my location) for less than $200. That means that I have a bug-free home for less than $400 per year!The added benefit--we live with less toxins in our home. We don't know the long-term effects of even the best chemical bug sprays, so less is best. And Bugs Anonymous agrees! They would rather give a "one and done" service and keep you as a customer for decades than suck you into a contract that unnecessarily sprays your home with TOXINS on a regular basis whether you need it or not.What more can I say? Bugs anonymous is my life saver!! I hate hate hate bugs in my house and they spray for me every year. They will respray as needed too. John is quick and effective! They helped me get rid of my silver fish and pantry moths and I almost never see spiders!Service: Bug & insect extermination
