STAY AWAY from this pharmacy at all costs. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Their customer service team is awful. They're super rude, and they rarely ever answer the question you are calling about. They also have ridiculously high Co-pays my doctor informed me that my co-pay would only be $25, but that wasn't the case. These greedy bastards ended up charging me $75 a month for my prescription. If your doctor ever sends anything to Carepoint pharmacy, ask them kindly to send it to another pharmacy because this pharmacy is the worst.

Had an rx in March 2023 that was $25 with a coupon. Ordered again 9/23 and checked out the price was $25. After checking out and expecting the rx they told me they doubled the price I had to pay more. BAIT AND SWITCH. They won't do anything about it and want another $25. AGAIN THIS WAS AFTER IT SAID $25 AND I ALREADY CHECKED OUT. Customer service was horrible and didn't help. Guy named Meet gave me a fake number to customer service and was so rude.

This has to be the most incompetent mail order pharmacy I have ever dealt with. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Our vet submitted an expedited prescription for our dog on Monday. They sent over a payment link that didn't work initially and would not populate after inputting the payment info. Then, I did not receive any confirmation or receipt after paying. Spoke with a tech and he said it would ship next day even though there was no option when ordering to select a shipping method, as well as no mention of a predetermined shipping method. Spoke with them this morning and asked for the info and they told me they are waiting on the vet to confirm dosage. Called the vet and they said they have responded multiple times to the same, repeated request re: dosage! The dosage is different for a dog. How many times do you have to have the dosage confirmed? Freakin' insane! Never again...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Carepoint Pharmacy does not do good business. I had a prescription filled and had a question about the cost. I sent a message with the prescription about my confusion on the cose. I thought they were charging me for the entire length of the prescription, but it turned out to be for just one unit. It cost me more than half of my social security check for the month. I tried to return it for a refund as the tube was not opened, but they flatly refused. This is bad business. I wish I could select no stars. I am retired, living on my social security and they just do not care. Their name should be changed to WE DON'T CARE PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The absolute WORST customer service i have EVER experienced in my 50 years. Not only were they rude, one hung up on me. The other sounded like she was driving and I was bothering her. I then asked to speak to a Manager and it sounded like she just put the phone down. I waited 15 mins and then hung up and called back. I kept getting conflicting prices on how much i had to pay. Literally each representative (5 in all over 2 days) gave me different prices. They should honestly be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I'm giving them three stars only because I'd be paying over $500 for my prescription if they weren't filling it. I'm giving three stars instead of five because of how the billing department is run. I assumed that, because they had my credit card for my other prescription, they would automatically use that card for my new one. Despite the constant(every day) emails Ive been getting, nothing showed up until today that I still needed to add my card....BUT I've been getting daily phone calls from "Carepoint Pharmacy" asking for my credit card number. I thought the calls were another scam, because surely a "real" pharmacy would not ask for your credit card number over the phone. There's no way in hell I'm giving anyone that calls me my credit card number. so, because of this, the delivery of my meds have been delayed and I'm not sure I'll get them before the samples my doctor gave me runs out. Also, it says that copay for one of my prescriptions, that has been $25 is now showing up as over $500. I was assured, when I called, that it was just a mistake that would be fixed. I'll be keeping a close eye on my credit card.

Unacceptable for a pharmacy, and everything that's wrong with American medicine that my insurance makes me use them. Signed up for auto-refill of an Rx online, so expected to receive it. Nope. Called them, they said "you didn't sign up for automatic texts, which you need to do for automatic refills". Um, ok, but nobody ever told me that, so, fine, I sign up for automatic refills. Lady tells me my Rx will arrive in the next 2 days. Still no Rx arriving. I'm now down to 2 pills. I call AGAIN. Oh, well we did process it, and it will be there sometime towards the end of next week. As in, I will be totally out of medicine - a prescription I need and that builds in my system, where going off for days is a problem - for at least 4 days. Call AGAIN. Well, apparently I have the option of paying them $25 for their mistake and they can (So they say) overnight me something. This place is absolutely appalling. It's like they don't care at all that they're selling life-saving medicines, not luxury purses. Things need to come on time. RUN (if your insurance lets you)!!!!!

Run!!!! They are horrible. Plan on paying for products you never receive. Only order if you feel like sending them money for NOTHING. It is a major rip off. They will claim "their system" shows you never called. I called them twice and they have no log of it. I literally have a witness who heard one of the calls. Their staff tell you they are out of product and will call you back. They never do and they don't document the call. Then they claim it is too late because it is beyond the 14 days. Then when they finally get the product and tell you they see where you already paid 2 months ago that they will send the product Once again they don't log the call. But they do CHARGE my credit card AGAIN. RUN from this money grubbing internet scam that pretends to be a pharmacy!

I called a few months ago to place a refill order, it takes them almost a week and sometimes more to get the meds at my place in Riverside, California so I paid $20 more to have it over night, it took 3 days to get here...when it was guaranty over night... Never received a warning or call that they had to wait for the medication. I have now waiter 12 days for a prescription to get here, and today I still haven't received it... I called yesterday to have transfered a cream for acne from a pharmacy that the doctor used by mistake to Carepoint, I called today the first res ponder told me, we don't have any record of your call, when I called yesterday for the transfer, the res ponder asked me all the info about the pharmacy to call for the transfer... I said i'ts impossible I called yesterday and gave all the info, and I was guaranteed they would call and place the order, and I would receive a text or a phone call from them. She put me on hold...then she came back saying yes they have the order, but they haven't called it in yet! So I asked the res ponder to transfer me to a manager, she put me on hold for and never transfered me to a manager, I called about 8 times, they started blocking my number, one picked up the phone and rudely said, "you want to talk to a manager" how did she know...so they willingly pass me around to make me wait...

This company is the WORST! I have sent four emails and left four messages trying to refill my daughter's prescription. After 3 weeks of trying to get someone to call me back, I finally received a call and gave them my credit card information to send me the medication. It is now three weeks later and I have not received the medicine. Do not use this company. Call your doctor and tell them not to use this company. It's nothing but frustration and a waste of time.

Easy to order medication and nice to have it shipped to home vs having to go into a pharmacy.

I've been waiting on my refill for 9 days now. They charged my credit card (it shows up as MD EXAM on my statement) but the drugs haven't arrived. I don't live in a remote area, and they got my money, so there is absolutely no reason for it to take this long to arrive. I talked to a human the first time I called, the second time I called and used the refill request robot. I also sent a message via the "Contact Us" form on the website. After reading the piss-poor reviews on here I doubt that I will ever get what I paid for. This company seems to be wasting a lot of people's time, energy and money, including mine.

Do not recommend this service. A very time consuming experience. After multiple calls and texts my prescription was eventually filled. Now, it will take an additional 2-3 days for delivery. The extra hassle was not worth it.

My dermatologist sent 3 prescriptions for me to Carepoint. One of my prescriptions didn't get filled. Maybe it was my fault - I verified them online using my phone so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that. However, by the time my prescriptions were delivered and I realized one was missing, it was Friday. Carepoint said the missing one wouldn't be delivered until the following Tuesday. I needed it sooner so I let them know I'd need to transfer it to a local pharmacy. My local Walgreens called twice that day to get it transferred and both times they were told there was no pharmacist in duty, only technicians, and the transfer must come from a pharmacist. How is that even legal?? Now it's Friday night and they're not even open until Monday. Why would my doctor send my prescriptions there when I've never used this pharmacy before? Is he getting kickbacks from referring new patients? Probably. That's total BS. I could have gotten my prescriptions filled locally the same day as my appointment instead of getting them 2 days later (I mean, the ones I actually did get).
