I had some body work done on my Ford Transit 250 and from start to finish Paul Licitra and his team were amazing to work with and they just made the whole process a breeze!! They did excellent work on my vehicle and were fully transparent with the process and timing and they got my work truck back to me right when they said they would! These guys are 2nd to none!!!

Had my Kia k5 get fixed here over the week due to a neighbor hitting the door and denting it. Paul walked me through how the repair would look like, and how long do repairs like that typically take. I finally got to see my car and pick it up today and they did an amazing job. No orange peel on the paint job and no damages on all the aftermarket part I have on the car. The techs did such a good job taking care of my car and they even inspected other parts of my car to let me know if any servicing was going to be need soon. Paul is such an amazing, welcoming person as well. Thank you for the great work!

Amazing customer service and quality work! As far as having car repairs done, this was the smoothest experience I have ever had.
Paul was wonderful to work with, and even went the extra step in helping me remove my carseat base from my car when I was having to transfer it to my rental. I struggled with it for 10 minutes before going in to ask for help and he immediately left his desk to go help me. He goes above and beyond to help customers, which is so refreshing. They even had someone from Enterprise ready to drive me to Enterprise office to get my rental car. It was seamless from start to finish.
I hope I don’t need any work more done in the near future, but if I do, I will definitely be heading back to Carstar.

I had a wonderful experience with CARSTAR friendly of Roselle. I recently got into an accident, and they were able to fix my car quickly, efficiently and wonderfully. The service is super friendly and makes sense why it’s in the name. Paul at the front desk is very helpful and great at communicating updates on service! The repairs were finished fairly quickly. My car was returned washed and lightly cleaned on inside. Looked and felt better driving than when initially dropped off! After inspecting, the liner on the car didn’t quite fit but they ordered a new one and installed quickly while waiting. (The 1st liner was approved by insurance and insurance companies have a tendency to approve the cheapest parts)
