Paul at CarStar turned one of the worst experiences of my life into one of the best. My SQ5 was hit and run. I found the jerk and tried to hold his insurance accountable. It was a cheap policy and they quoted me way below what I knew the damages were. Paul saved the day with a detailed, thorough and fair assessment of the damages done to my SQ5. I felt really good and was sure Paul would get my car repaired on par with Audi’s standards. Unfortunately, upon further investigation into the damages my SQ5 was declared a total loss. I can’t help but think that had I not taken the car to a considerate, compassionate, knowledgeable person like Paul that I would’ve been screwed by the other guys insurance and had my car returned me after being repaired cheaply. Although our time together was short, everyone here made sure I was well taken care of. Best to everyone at this location. Especially Paul and Ashley.

Paul and the team at CARSTAR Friendly of Roselle went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and body work. My vehicle looks great! The work was done two days before promised, I received frequent updates and I was treated respectfully throughout the entire process. I don't typically write reviews but I was so impressed with the team and hassle free process I wanted recommend CARSTAR Friendly of Roselle those looking for a reputable body shop.

Our car was damaged in an unexpected accident. Within a day we had help from Carstar to look at the damage and assess our next steps in getting our car back on the road. The finished product was beautifully done and detailed to perfection. We highly recommend Carstar and their incredible staff.

CARSTAR Friendly of Roselle is a top notch body shop! They did a fantastic job on my Hyundai Santa Fe, and even finished it earlier than what they originally had said. The manager, Paul, was amazing. He is friendly, thorough, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process so easy and took care of everything including scheduling the rental car. I would highly recommend CARSTAR, and would definitely do business with them again!

Found CARSTAR on-line this morning for some scratches on a Porsche Macan. Spoke with Ashley who met with me when I arrived. The scratches were gone in no time for $1000 less than expected. Between Ashley and Paul, you couldn't be in more honest and professional hands!!
