An absolute must have vendor if you are looking for hair/makeup on your wedding day. My sister used Chic Concepts for her wedding and I loved them so much at her wedding that I booked them for my wedding. All of my bridesmaids felt so confident in their hair/makeup and it lasted all night long. My mother in law was very nervous about getting her hair/makeup done and Rebecca/Genevieve made sure she felt beautiful. Rebecca and Genevieve are a power duo and I will be recommending them to any friends/family. They made sure we were all relaxed and felt stunning. Thank you so much for making the best day even better :)

I love going here. I was introduced to Gia through family and she has not disappointed. I explained my vision to her with the goal of having purple hair - not only did she deliver, but she exceeded any expectation I had for the final outcome. The atmosphere is great and all of the women I’ve met who work there are wonderful. Even though I live in Chicago, I will continue to drive back to see Gia!

I came here for the first time Jan 2024 after quitting a place I had been going to for over 6 years. I needed a color fir my upcoming vacation and needed it done on the fly. The young lady who colored my hair did a great job matching up the color to a picture I showed her of what it used to look like before it turned gray again. I did want more low lights though, far mire contrast. But I considered this an important first step in getting my hair back to the way it looked before. I also had a pedicure done here on another day and really happy with it! This is kind if awkward but I really didn't want to tell my life story while getting my pedicure done. She is super friendly and kept asking me questions about all kinds of stuff (kids job ...). I'll have to figure out a way to let them know that I'm not the chatty tupe when getting a service done. Definitely going back, people on a Facebook community recommended this place.

Been going here the past couple years. Gia has been consistently great and accommodating. She listens and gives feedback if she feels something isn't going to work. Prices are great!

We came here post-pandemic. I had been cutting everyone's hair during the pandemic because we were isolating strictly due to having immune compromised people who were fighting cancer in our family. Now, I am not a hairdresser. I watched a few youtube videos, got some shears from Ulta, and tried not to screw it up too badly. I had some surprising success, but after 2.5 years of doing this, I was so tired of cutting hair, and I suspected I had made some mistakes on my fringe and my kids'.I finally stumbled upon Chic Concepts online and booked myself and my kids. Not only were Genevieve and Gia not judgy about the fact that I was DIY-ing it up for everyone's hair, including my own, but they said I actually did a reasonably good job considering my total lack of education or experience. But I was also right--I had made a few mistakes on our fringe so they've had to slowly correct that. And they've done a fantastic job. I constantly get compliments on my hair, which is quite a feat considering I also have thyroid disease, and anyone with a bum thyroid knows how hard it is to maintain nice hair.Everyone at Chic Concepts is so good, I referred my husband, my mom, my sister and her kid, and my aunt to them. Everyone comes away with awesome hair and I'm so relieved I'm not responsible for it anymore. Genevieve and Gia are amazing and very nice, and I highly recommend the salon to anyone.
