Came in looking for a 2025 Maverick XLT or Ford F150 crew cab. Walked around the lot for 10-15 minutes. No one came out, so I went inside and looked at a Maverick XLT on the showroom floor. Looked at brochures on table for 10-15 minutes and still wasn't approached by sales. I wonder what they were playing on their phones in front? Some walked right by me. I left as staff were plugging in a highbread F150 outside near my parked car. I can't recommend a Ford Dealer who does not want your buisness on a slow day. By the way my wife called the GM about the disappointment, and was told he was out and would call her back. Waited 5 hours for a call and was told he never was in today (Wed). GOING ELSEWHERE AS YOU SHOULD TOO.

Really great first-time experience here. Dropped in without an appointment for a diesel Works package at the Quick Lane. Staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgable in a full 30k service which is not a small amount of work. I appreciated the honest time estimates and explanations about recommended services. It may not matter to some folks but I appreciate a dealership that gives my truck a wash before the drive home. Really loved the experience here and will be back again. Highly recommend.

Took my truck in there for a no start they were recommending everything that has nothing to do with starting a truck. The estimate was over $10,000. Towed it to another shop. It was fixed for $600. And what the guy did at the other shop wasn't even on friendly Fords recommendation bad diagnosis. The parts department I would give five stars but the service department gets one

First time dealing with Friendly. Wanted to make a quick inquiry on a vehicle so I stopped by. The sales person at the desk acted like I bothering him from the beginning. It's a shame because I was a serious buyer. Not very friendly, unfortunately.

Top notch service. They actually took the time to listen to my concern. Never rushed until my car was completely running correctly. Offered loaners when available, which is big plus. Even picked up car from my house. I don’t live near them but they will be my go to for routing maintenance etc

Most recent “The Works” service (oil and cabin filter change, etc.) was completed with the mobile service unit. Wonderful having fundamental work done in our driveway. The technician was great and explained all processes. Pricing is the only issue, and that being said, I’m certain I’d find all dealers’ services at the same cost. Because I choose dealers’ service, I deal with the price.
