I have taken my Escape there for years and I always have the best service. Everyone is so nice when I am in and they take the time to explain everything to me. I have been to a lot of dealerships or mechanics and this is by far the best. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Showed up to the dealer excited to buy a Bronco . Test drove a gray base model that was lifted . Then the manager (or someone who claimed to be ) came out and per verbatim said “ I hit my goal for the month so you can come back another day “. I was honestly amazed lol . To the point I said ok sounds great thank you . Absolute shame cause I did like the car a lot even took pics and sent to my wife in excitement saying this was the one to only be let down . Now I’m still shopping and trying to find time to drive an hour to 2 hours away just to avoid this dealer .

Friendly Ford is reliable, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car or needs service on their vehicle. The customer service and value in which they provide is unrivaled and makes you feel comfortable and confident when working with their team!

Fairly easy dealership to work with. They ended up taking off the add ons which were actually reasonable & upfront (I didn't see the value in them for my circumstance) unlike many dealership groups in the area. I had a specific vehicle, rate, money down & two older trades (one of which I could not find the title to) which they accomodated - good experience

Our car service was promptly scheduled. We use Friendly Fords service valet offer as we live several miles from the dealership. They were right on time for pickup and drop off.

We had the at mobile home service which was great. The technicians were outstanding, knowledgeable and fast. No mess and never have to leave the house. Will be using them again going forward.

My wife brought her vehicle to the dealership on Friday evening (Nov 10th). They were to keep it overnight for an oil change appointment on Saturday, Nov 11th at 7:30AM. When we left the vehicle, everything was in good condition. All that was needed was an oil change. The next morning, the service department calls with a laundry list of things that need to get done:* need new tires* need new brakes* need new batteries because they said they needed to jump start the vehicleLittle did they know, the tires and battery are less than a year old and the brakes were replaced by father in law about a year and half ago. I did the test with the coin on the tires ... plenty of tread left. I spoke with my father in law and he says there's no way the vehicle needed new brakes so soon. As for the battery, I have my suspicions ... did someone leave the lights on all night? did someone leave the door slightly ajar keeping something on all night? Nonetheless, we brought the vehicle to where we purchased the battery and they replaced it for free because their warranty.Interesting ... whenever I bring in a vehicle AND wait for it to be serviced, there are never any issues.I would have given this NO STARS, but Google will not allow it.

Don’t even know where to start . Took my car for diagnostic and it was ok . Wasn’t a complete diagnosis but after I got the parts that was diagnosed and took the car to my mechanic he found other things Ford didn’t even knowTook my car back here to get it fixed and they found more problems, long story short for a 2 hour job my car stay there almost 2 weeks . Very bad communication, overpriced…Not sure what happened with Ford dealership service in general not just this one . Guess they do not care much about customers in general .

This is quite a story, but the long & short of it is that Friendly Ford has more integrity, generosity & compassion than anyone else I have ever dealt with. Telling you the tale with all the details would take far to long but here are the highlights:We bought a 2013 Ford Escape from a DIFFERENT dealer in December 2022 with 59,000 miles. We also purchased the premium extended service plan just in case.March 2023 I start hearing a ticking sound coming from somewhere.March - September I have my car in and out of the shop trying to find the source of the sound as it's getting louder and I'm concerned about the safety of my vehicle. It's our only car and I drive my kids around in it. I want it to be safe.Frustrated, I finally take it to my regular mechanic who says it's coming from the engine and since the service plan covers that, I should try Friendly Ford. They have a good reputation & maybe they can help me out.I call Friendly late on a Friday afternoon and talk to Eric S. who sounds genuinely frustrated for me and gets me an appointment first thing Monday morning and has a loaner waiting for me.The mechanics actually drove my car till they heard the noise and had a diagnosis for me in one day. Now, we bought the extended service plan in case of any big engine issues but now they're saying they won't cover the entire repair. Eric called Ford warranty and went back & forth with them for a week and they wouldn't budge. He was so apologetic when he called me and said he just couldn't believe they weren't going to cover the whole repair. He gave me everything I needed to call them and walked me through talking to them and the dealership I bought the car from. The dealership I bought it from basically said well, that sucks for you, but we can put you in something newer. You'll have a much bigger car payment but no big deal right? It's just we've never heard of the Ford extended service plan not covering a repair before so we're not really going to help you out.I spent 2 days on the phone with Ford customer care and their warranty department and got no where. I got transferred back and forth between the 2 departments 6 times in one day only for them to end with too bad, so sad. While I was doing this Eric went to the owner of Friendly and told him the situation and he agreed this was an unfair, unreasonable situation the dealership & warranty company were putting us in. They decided it wasn't right and they're fixing my car. It needs a new engine and they're fixing it. They've worked it out so I get the engine I need, I don't lose my warranty and all I pay is the deductible!Let me be clear that they don't owe me anything! I didn't buy my car from them. I've never had my car serviced there before. They owe me nothing. The only reason they took it as far as they did is because they saw poor business practices that were putting me and my family in a terrible situation and they did something about it. That's integrity! Real, genuine integrity. They saw us as real people, in the real world and fought for us even though they didn't need this kind of aggravation. That's compassion. They got the balance of repair covered, again for no other reason than feeling like this situation was just not right, and that's generosity.I can't recommend them enough. If you want to be seen as an actual person and not just a sale go to Friendly. If you want thorough and honest work, go to Friendly. We may not have bought this car at Friendly, but we'll never buy a car from anywhere else again! Thank you guys for being who you are!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of service at friendly Ford. Had to take my truck in three separate times to get a simple radio warranty fixed all three times there was NO communication on when the job would be done. Lost out on three days of work without my truck. I tried calling multiple times to get updates and heard from no one. If it wasn’t for me physically going in there who knows how long my truck would’ve been sitting there.

I had to take my car to the dealer because my car would not pass emissions testing. First time I took it in I spent $1,191.91. After the fix, I failed emissions again. I took the car back the 2nd time, with a $803.16 bill, still failed emissions. Took it back a 3rd time, they were going to charge me another $900+ without a guarantee that this time it will fix the problem. It feels like they are just guessing and swapping parts. As insult to injury, last time I took the car in, when I picked it up, there was McDonalds trash in the car along with the receipt. Very unprofessional.

Extremely Displeased with My Experience at Friendly Ford DealershipI recently had a truly regrettable experience at Friendly Ford Dealership, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. My visit to this dealership was marked by a series of mishaps and a complete disregard for my explicit service requests. To begin with, I had called ahead and made an appointment, or at least I thought I did. It turns out that the person who initially took my call failed to actually schedule the appointment. However, I must give credit to Mike in the service department, who, despite the mix-up, accommodated me and took my car in for service.During the write-up process, I clearly communicated to Mike that I needed an oil change and requested the replacement of the front driver-side door latch. To be specific, I explicitly authorized the door latch replacement with a quoted price of $350. Instead of adhering to my requests, my car was left untouched at the dealership for a whopping three days, and to my astonishment, they did absolutely nothing with it. Even more appalling, I was charged a diagnostic fee for their complete inaction. As someone who works as a service advisor for another auto group, I am well aware of the importance of prioritizing and respecting a customer's service requests. It is inconceivable to me that Friendly Ford chose to completely disregard my explicit instructions in favor of their own recommendations. This level of unprofessionalism is simply inexcusable.I had chosen Friendly Ford based on their seemingly stellar reputation and positive reviews, particularly during my time working at Roesch Ford. However, my recent experience has been a classic example of a "bait and switch" tactic, where the dealership promised one thing but delivered something entirely different. In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my visit to Friendly Ford Dealership. Their failure to uphold the most basic principles of customer service has left me with a sour taste, and I can confidently say that I will never return to this establishment. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others who may consider seeking service at Friendly Ford, as my experience has been nothing short of a letdown. In addition to the myriad of issues I encountered at Friendly Ford Dealership, there's another infuriating detail I must emphasize. Not only did they fail to perform the services I had specifically requested, but I also never authorized nor signed off on any diagnostic fee. Yet, to add insult to injury, they unilaterally charged me for this fee, which only compounds my dissatisfaction. They also work on city vehicles....hope they show the police department a little more respect.

It's okay, I take our fleet vehicles here and have never had any complaints. Steve is a wizard with Fords and is an amazing technician. I give him specifically Five Stars.

I recently had my car fixed after a minor accident and Paul took great care of my car and offered amazing customer service. My car came back cleaner than it went in and the repair was done beautifully. I was always updated on the progress of my car and they made my rental car process as easy as possible. I am extremely happy with the service I received from their auto body shop.
