Every time I stop in here lately I have to fix my own cowlick. Feels like they just rush you out and don't care what your hair looks like. Gonna start going to the Addison location again.

I tried to “it’s only hair it will grow back” myself into not writing the review but I am so sad/upset I can’t help myself. I came in for a trim and for my blended longer layers to be cut. I now have 3 distinct layers and my hair is a lot shorter than what I wanted. When she originally cut for the length I like it but by the end of the cut it was way shorter than what we started with. I have never had a bad haircut in my life and this place is the first great clips that has even messed up my hair so terribly. As I was leaving one of the stylist said beautiful haircut in a way that now I believe was mocking because there is no way she saw my hair and believed it was a good haircut. I am going to a salon to try to get this fixed because I do not trust great clips anymore. Do not go here!

Few are good but the lady who did hair cut for me and my son ,was not skilled enough , she finished out cutting 5 mins and said looks fine . It was a horrible experience with that one lady who was having colored hair....I will never go there again , waste of money

Been to many Great Clips for my son, but this one was the best. A person named Lupita greeted us with a smile (very very rare nowadays) & was very kind too. My son is really happy with his haircut. Thank you.
