“When I called to ask a question they answered the phone and were cordial and polite. Received a Viewliner in the mail from them, It was packed exceptionally well and came in good time. “Walked in today to look for soccer cards with my 10yr old son who wants to start collecting them. Multiple employees were busy when we walked in but we stood around and waited for them to finish. My son decided what box he wanted. The workers then went on to help people who came in after us. One employee walked right past us to help someone who must be a regular customer. Then another employee was walking around picking boxes off the shelf and bringing them in back. We decided to find a place that has better customer service.
Update. Gave it another chance much better service and got what we needed fast.”

“The owner, I believe her name is Chris, was delightful. I haven't been to a game store in a long time and there was a vast selection of table games to choose from. I love the fact that it was not video games but board games and card games. We spent almost an hour in this store. It was easy to negotiate for someone who is disabled and they have game days and nights every week. You can look at the schedule as you walk in the door and that was very nice. While the actual game times and dates are held in another building north of this location, it appeared that it could be a lot of fun to go there and we plan on doing so. We walked in expecting to get one or two games, we walked out with six and spent quite more than we expected. Expected. But the games were great and we have enjoyed them over the last 2 weeks. An outstanding experience.”

“From old(er) to young...there is something for everyone! There are veteran vendors that are there every time you go then there are new comer vendors so you will see something different everytime you go...there is every scale/gauge train from American Flyer to Lionel etc to the layouts and accessories...even train signs....also I've seen barbies, pokemon cards, legos, hot wheels, hand puppets, licorice, fudge...just all kinds of collectibles and treats...plus interactive train layouts for the kids to be involved with, and occasionally full train set giveaways for 15 years and younger...very worth the price of $8 to come and enjoy the day, rain or shine (there are vendors are outside as well)”

“For what it is, excellent. Lots of 40k. Like, a LOT. I’m not a 40k player, but it was cool to look. I’m a pokemon player, and they had some stock for reasonable prices, but not much. Pretty friendly, albeit very casual, so if you're not a fan of that type of customer service then maybe try a Target or smth. Good rewards program, and a variety of random board games/ttrpgs to buy. Fun spot, will return.”
