Super over priced. Charged $32 for i vape I get for $20 any other spot. Didn't even think to look until I checked my balance and noticed after id already left. Guy working the counter didn't really engage or seemed to care that he had a customer there. I'd go to puff smoke or somewhere else. Over priced

Poor Quality Products & Zero Customer Service
I bought a couple of vapes from Just Smoke, and both started leaking not long after I started using them. I went back to the store to see if they could help, but the staff clearly didn’t care. No refund, no exchange, not even an apology — just a dismissive attitude. And I guess you can't buy anything in advance they expect that you have to use it the second you buy it.
If you’re looking for decent products or any kind of customer support, I’d recommend avoiding Just Smoke.

Was in this week from down south. Stopped on my way out to see what I could find. The guy was great! Very helpful and friendly! Love what I got! Would definitely return if in Chicago again. Various choices. Good prices. Great service!

There are many shops available on Lake Street. However, not every shop has Jeff. His kindness and knowledge is above all. Great job, Just Smoke for having a great employee!

Great Store and unbelievable knowledge with the new man Jeff. He helps you in finding the right product according to your likes. There are great shops but not every shop has a sales person standing there for you like Just Smoke. I recommend everyone to stop by for there smoke/cbd/thc& kratom needs. Great work Just Smoke.

Great shop! Ollie(I hope I got his name right?) was exceptional and really worked hard to help me find what I was lookin for! They were out of a few things, but luckily had what I needed! I have to give props to Ollie, just simply because he was very kind, friendly and patient! He is a great asset to your store for sure! Thanks so much and if I'm in your area in the future and in need of anything you all sell I will definitely be back!
