We just changed agency because the communication at this agency is horrible. We had to follow up 2-3 times to get a response from any questions or concerns that we had. They were quick to respond when we signed on, but that went away as the years went on.

Our original person must have decided to close offices and we weren't notified. We are now with another agents office that we didn't choose AND they want a review. Might be changing. Must have spun the wheel and ended up with us going here. Not happy seeing as we have had the same person for over close to 20 years.

This is the worst insurance company I've ever had. I had an auto accident and it wasn't my fault and I had to hire an attorney in order for it to get taken care of. A year later I had roof damage three roofers said it needed to be replaced they said they could fix it. All the roofer said they can't even find shingles for it
