North American was great. They gave me a reasonable quote and they were spot on with their weight estimate so no bad surprises at the destination. 5 days after they picked up I had everything in my new home. I received text updates all along and the driver let me know exactly what his schedule was. All in all it was a very easy process. I would highly recommend using North American for your cross country move.

I was thoroughly impressed by my moving experience with North American Van Lines and the 2 sets of movers that our driver, Carlos used in the city were moving out of and the one we moved to.
I was incredibly stressed about when our stuff was going to arrive at its final destination and it arrived earlier than expected which was wonderful.
Carlos and his teams (both times) laid out floor coverings to not damage the hardwood floors and not make a mess.
I was also pleased with the responses to my questions and phone calls when initially setting up my move. I had never hired a company to live cross country before and I was satisfied.

The coordinator of our move was fabulous and both crews in Illinois and Arizona were great. They all were very accommodating and professional. A long move like that can be stressful but they made it so smooth.

For the most part our move went very smoothly. The pickup and delivery crews were personable and got the job done with minimal fuss. My glass table arrived unscathed. The estimator and coordinator of services were good communicators. Only hangup was the City parking permit to reserve the space was never placed despite the special fee.
