5 months into my contract, they raised the price by 50%... not 5 or 10% they raised it 50% !!! I feel like I got a bait and switch price back in September.In addition, there are walls falling down in my unit and NO ONE fixed it for the 5 months I've been there.The deal was too good to be true. Buyer beware. This place sucks.

Made a reservation. Spoke to mgr. She suggested I make an appt with her so she could show me where my unit is and tour the property. Said she would give me a refund for the lock purchase price if I brought my own. So she said they open at 930. I made an appt for 10, and I showed up... no one in the office or answering the phone, called 3 times left message, waited in the lot for 30 minutes. NOTHING, I drove home, called the office again, she answered, I explained because no one was there to meet me,And that would not be able to get back there until next weekend, I wanted a full refund, she said, you should've let yourself in with the gate code, I explained the only text and email I recieved explained I would get another text or email on my move in day (which I did not receive). She looked at emails and texts sent and found no gate code was sent. She says so, you wish to vacate the unit. I said yes. I expect a full refund, that you didn't fulfill your part of the contract. She said I'm not emailing or texting your receipt, you can pick it up at the office. I said you ARE issuing a full refund, correct. She hung up on me. I called back two times, she didn't answer the phone. I CALLED THE DISTRICT MANAGER. They issued me a refund except for a $29 administration fee, I said unacceptable, and I want a full refund. They will be calling me on Monday.

Great customer service. Leandra is an asset to Public Storage. She's knowledgeable, courteous and knows how to deal with the customers ?.Perfect location.?Would like to see a few flatbeds cart's in this location. The one cart that we were all using has been stolen and Public Storage NEVER REPLACED IT.So if anyone in a position to replace these cart's will read this note, PLEASE, it would make it easier on everyone. Thank you ??
