After dealing with an issue with my car for a few weeks and many horrible opinions and suggestions later, from different mechanics my husband suggested I bring my 2008 Lexus RX350 to Roselle Auto Clinic. (He had previous work done with them as well on his car and highly recommended them.)
They did a great job and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Glad I got a honest second opinion and the job was done correctly.

Got the best deal on new tires after shopping around. Quick, easy, and professional. Found out they are under new ownership. Should be able to grow pretty quickly with how it’s being run. Went back to have them replace my headlights, and change my oil too. Was very happy.

Unbeknownst to my family, this business changed hands in May 2023. We brought our car in for an estimate because my a/c was not working well, and the previous owners told us last year that we may have to get it fixed this year. Well, we dropped it off, not told that the business was sold and when we received the estimate of $1,000, we decided to look around. Here's the thing: when we went to get the unfixed car, we were informed that before they will give us the keys, it will cost us $80! When we said no one told us (again, the old owners were honest people,) that there was a charge for the estimate, we were then told "yea, sorry, but we can put that 80 toward the repair." So, high prices, nasty business practices and no issue screwing the new neighbors, so good luck on the new business. Never again.

I've come here for years. I know nothing, nothing, about cars. But I will tell you this, this place is honest. How do I know? Because he wont do any unnecessary work. Once after getting a quote on an unusual fix, Al (that's the owner) says, he says I can save a few hundred dollars by going to a guy he knows in Addison that has a machine to fabricate the parts I need. In other words, he could have whacked me for the work, but he saved me money instead. Isn't that contrary to what most businesses do? Save you money by sending you elsewhere? He's like Santa from Miracle on 34th street. Yes it's a smaller shop so it might take a little longer. But I've never had any "surprises" come up. They seem to know their stuff. The work is always as promised. Al is a very nice guy. This place is certainly worth a try.
