“I called Jim about rebuilding a rear differential in an older model truck. He suggested that I purchase a whole used rear end and he would do the installation. He not only found the used part and had it shipped to the store, but he also gave me a very fair price on the labor. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, he knocked off a few more dollars.
