Went in for a pedicure July 12th. I live very close by and was limited on time since I was going on vacation so I made an appointment at this salon. Had not been here in more than ten years and now I know why. I watched women laying their heads down at their stations from pure boredom. The person who was handling my pedicure named Kathy was coughing all over without covering her mouth! I was so disgusted by this that I grabbed my shirt and put it over my nose and mouth but knew instantly that I was screwed and would be sick as a result of her lack of self awareness. She finally decided after coughing so many times without covering her mouth that she would put a mask on. Too late!!
So fast forward to 3 days later, I’m on my cruise when I start to get a sore throat which continued throughout the week. Returned home with covid. I would never step foot inside this nail salon again.

Got my nails done not even two weeks ago and this has happened. Every time I get a light color from here the colors turn black few days later. Will NEVER be back!

Staff is nice but they are terrible at doing nails. Two of my fingers and one toe were bleeding. The fingers are cut so deep I was in pain all night. 3 of the nails are crooked. I am never going back there again!!! I spent $125, I still tipped good. Hire better techs!

I have been coming here for years. My nail tech recently left and friends told me to try other places. I did and yet every time I come back to get them fixed at top nails. My kids love going to Kathy and I will continue going to Kathy as well. She took her time and fixed my nails for me. Everyone is always so kind and knows me and my kids by name.

The owner was very nice and professional when I asked him to look at my heels after my pedicure, agreeing that they were very rough.he got me right back in the chair and took care of it. when I was on my way out, I tapped the technician who originally did the pedicure on her shoulder and said I’ll see you Monday for my nails !she didn’t respond!! I tapped again thinking she didn’t hear me and she swung her head around, looked up at me with a nastiest look!!!!! Especially my complaint with my pedicure was very quiet and I was very very nice about it. I also still left her a good tip. for her to treat me that way was unacceptableWith that behavior, she lost hundreds of dollars that Monday when I was going to return with my family!!! unfortunately, cannot go back after being treated like that

Place was clean. Workers were super nice. The reason for lower score....my no chip manicure and pedicure started peeling off at 4 days. Today is the 1 week mark and my no chip is completely off now. When I get no chip from other salons they normally last at minimum 2 weeks sometimes over 3 weeks.

I’ve been going to Top Nails for about a year now. I always take my time to write a review because I like to rate the overall. So overall I am giving 5 stars. I feel like a valued customer. My nails come out nice almost every time. I always feel welcomed and I can relax as soon as I walk in the door. The salon is quiet, neat, and very clean.I like how they already know what I need before I need to say it. I appreciate all of you! ?✨ ?

I write this as I wait in the front for them to fix the crappy job they did. A no chip polish change on Friday (today is Monday). She finished within 22 minutes (which I know to be half the usual time) and within 24 hours, most of my nails cracked down to the quick. Because she only did two thin coats of no chip color. My nails bend! She filed them so much and applied such thin coats that my nails are thinner and weaker than if I had no polish on them at all. I called and complained. We arranged the time I would come in to show the male manager. Despite that, I've been waiting 20 mins. He blamed my thin nails. She told me that in the future I need to ask for three coats. (I've been coming for a year but after the bad job and rude treatment, I won't be back) They are alleging it is somehow MY fault. See the pics of my broken nails. Do you think the thickness looks right? If it was any thinner it would be cell membranes.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. I get treated like family and am always greeted with a smile. So many pedicure options and the new massaging pedicure chairs are ??Highly recommend!!
