This place has gone downhill. Spoke with a manager about a package I had that wasn't delivered but said it was. She said she would look into it and call me. She did not as I figured. Its a constant issue my neighbors getting my stuff and me getting theirs since we share the same address but 3 different streets. I used to have good experiences even when this would happen with a previous manager. He would track it down and do his job. 3 times I went there in a row nobody was at the desk during office hours and once a note said will be back shortly. After 10 mins I left. I'd give 1 star but im giving 2 because it wasnt always bad but recently its been awful. Figure it out roselle!

The guy who works here (glasses) is so rude and petulant that I drive to a different post office, farther away, just to avoid interacting with him.

My apt has a broken mailbox -picked up my mail from post office asked if todays mail would be in there -he told me yes -got home, it wasn’t. Went back later in day to see if it was there. The supervisor was in the front so the man directed me to her since he didn’t want to check… SHE WAS THE BEST! Went above and beyond she called my mail lady to see if she had mail for me and she did -she took my number and is calling me when she gets there, I am beyond impressed. She could’ve brushed me off but made my day because I really need this piece of mail today va waiting til Monday! Thank you so much

They lost my return package, it was an brand new iphone worth 750 which was supposed to be returned to ATT. I dropped it off with them, and it is still showing in their possession. Went their many times and manager was supposed to call me back he never did. Whenever I go there, staff says manager went to drop off mail, he he never there. I went during different hours, how come manager drops off mail? now ATT is charging me for the phone.

Package drop off frequently jammed, employees probably leave it jammed so they don't have to process as many packages.

The mailbox is almost always full with mail falling out. They know that someone who does online selling stuffs the mailbox with packages on a regular basis, but no one seems to care. Whoever is stuffing the mailbox should just schedule a pickup so that other people can use the mailbox.

My family and I went through a really traumatic experience with Lake in the Hills. My identity has been stolen 3 times now and the local PD refused to process or give me a police report because we suspect they know who it is. What does this have to do with Roselle Post Office? We change our address to Lake in the Hills to Roselle. We filled out both online and in person a change of address to Roselle back in September. It has been 9 weeks and our mail has not been delivered to Roselle. We are not even sure where our mail is at this point. We called Lake in the Hills Post Office who claimed the Roselle change of address is active. We called the Roselle Post Office and the manager claimed it is not active. I received a confirmation that the change of address was done from the U.S. Post Office Roselle. So where is our mail? When we filed a complaint the Roselle Post Office Closed it without doing anything about it.

Worst usps office ever, the people who work here lack customer service. They seem very disturbed every time they answer the phone. My advice, if you can’t handle working with customers, you should look for another job that doesn’t require you to have customer service.

Extremely rude window clerk who only needed to verify my identity for change of address but she did not know HOW to enter into the system. I now have to WALK there again with all my documents which is a hardship being 71 and disabled to walk a mile + because she was too lazy to process change of address.
