“Certainly! Here's a positive Google review for a smoke shop:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a fantastic experience at this smoke shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making my visit enjoyable. They have an extensive selection of products to choose from, and I was impressed by their quality and variety. The prices were fair, and I found everything I was looking for. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse. Overall, a top-notch smoke shop with excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning for my smoking needs.”
“Excellent customer I received from Dimitri! Glad I went to this location because some of the other ones like Algonquin for instance does not feel as welcoming! Only speak the truth when I go out thanks again for your stellar service CBD Kratom Hoffman Estates!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Just bought a pack of slim romeo y julieta cigars and I should have checked but I've never had a reason till now but they had tiny bugs in the container all them and they were ruined but I went back in today and the cashier replaced the bad pack with a good new one with no issue”
“My wife and I love this place. We come in several times every month and the experience is always amazing. Staff is freaking awesome and we usually chill for a bit. They have great prices some of the must affordable around. 5+ starts......”
“The guy that helped me out in the front helped me with everything I need, I told him my budget for what I needed and he helped me select a piece I was satisfied with. I recommend going here”
“Honestly the best shop in town! They always have the best prices, they’re always stocked with my favorite vape, and the customer service is amazing. Definitely my new go to smoke shop! ❤”

“I had a really bad experience here about 10 years ago, so I went to other local shops until they all told me the coil I needed was discontinued, so I hesitantly went back here. I went in not expecting much but everyone was super helpful and nice. I've been buying my vape accessories there since and the employees are not only very helpful, you can tell they care and not to mention how friendly and welcoming they are. I stopped in today because my ancient mod finally died, (I wish I got his name) but he went above and beyond to try to work with it first which it was ultimately dead. He then gave personal opinions and different choices on a new mod set. Taking that extra time shows that customer service isn't dead. They have a customer for life. There is a also a young women that works there who is always happy and you can tell she loves her job and helping people. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for all do!!!!”
“I had an amazing experience at this hookah store. They carry a wide selection of hookahs, flavors, and accessories, all at good prices. The staff took time to explain products. Clean store, great customer service, and high-quality products. Highly recommend!”
“Update as of 6/4/2026: Came back to the store today to see if the products I have been unable to find elsewhere might be carried here. I was reluctant (refer to previous review), but decided to go anyway. What a complete turnaround. Sameer was incredible. He took the time to make sure that every product I purchased was correct and worked properly with the products I purchased them for. He went above and beyond which aligns with what I remember my experiences to be when I first began patronizing this vape shop. In 2022. I hope that the store will continue to hire employees like him in the future! So happy to have my favorite store back! Thanks Sameer!
Oh how the mighty have fallen. I had to come back and change my rating because every time I’ve returned to this place and a particular worker is there, my experience is trash. I currently live 6 1/2 hours away from this place and can only shop here when I’m in town visiting family on the south side of Chicago. I make the trip even further to the burbs to visit friends and shop at other stores unique to the area. I always come here because the prices are still great and there’s usually something great I can return home with that no one else will have and I like that exclusivity. In order to find those items, I usually have to set aside about 20-30 mins to browse and see what new things they have added to their inventory. The aforementioned worker seems to be especially annoyed by this action and has no problem showing his disdain. I often come prepared to purchase multiple large ticket items (bongs, vaporizers, batteries, air fresheners, various glass items). However, due to his attitude, and as of late, him blatantly rushing me to make a decision and check out, I am unable to contain my disgust, and I opt to forego any large purchases in favor of something cheaper. Doesn’t he know that the longer a person browses, the more opportunity he has to sell more products? I don’t know what this guy is doing in there when no one is in the store but it can’t be more important than me spending my money or my continued loyalty to this establishment. That in itself should warrant better treatment. Not everyone that comes in the smoke shop wants to buy overpriced disposable vapes in a hurry. Some of us are loyal repeat customers with varying needs that enjoy in-person shopping. If management is being cheap and encouraging this behavior because they are afraid people are going to steal when workers are helping other customers…hire another associate.
Previous Review: I am thrilled to write this glowing review after my 2nd visit to this small but mighty head shop in the NW Suburbs. I hate that I was not made privy to this shop months ago when moving to this area because this would have surely been my #1 spot. Greeted by the equally handsome and knowledgeable owner once you arrive, you will be taken aback by the incredible selection of glass, vapes, and juices. Each item extensively researched by the owner who is always eager to share the bevy of information he has acquired over many years of smoke shop ownership. I was most impressed with his exclusive, one of a kind rare finds; My most recent purchase being an electric dab rig released just days before I purchased. It has since been a game changer for me and my lifestyle, providing the opportunity to enjoy my products in places/environments previously off-limits. If it weren’t for his expertise, and his attention to detail, he never would have offered the item to me. I’m grateful that he is so observant, and invest so much care into pleasing his customers. Since learning of this. I have brought many friends along for a quick trips, and plan on coming back very soon to see what new things he has in stock. You will not go wrong stopping here.”
“Wonderful and patient staff!! ❤️❤️❤️ I live in Lombard and I will drive all the way over here probably passing 10 or more vape shops because the prices and the staff are top notch! ?”
“Totally cool, knowledgeable staff. Not your average smoke shop. They will assist you in every way. Have been going here for a year or so and always happy with product. “The prices and products are at the top tier. They offer amazing quality products for a very competitive pricing. In fact, it's better than most stores. I've ever been. I have eighteen years of vaping, backpilding batteries and mods and coils and cotton buying juice and bulk, and they used to make my own flavors to now modernize carts that are amazing tasting and quality with affordability. i highly recommend this location for all of your needs!) #bestvapeshop #bestbargain #pricing #best”
