Filed claims to Medicare for catheters for 18800. I don't use catheters and never have.

This company is a fraud, they charged medicare $18, 800.00 ordered Steven C. Golinowski from March 27th to December 27th, 2023 which I never ordered it nor I received it and unfortunately Medicare paid to this fraud company. I hope medicare will get their money back from this fraud company.

I had reported fraudulently billed catheters earlier this year and the OIG investigation unit is on the case. I had a special agent and rep from the Veterans administration come to my door today to follow up and collect additional info.
