For the last 15 years, I have bought all my cars from Wistrom Chevrolet, a total of six vehicles; purchasing or serving has always been a great experience in the past.
This time, something was different. I came for a problem that was misdiagnosed, and they asked me to pay for the first solution that didn't solve the problem because it was not the problem. I don't think this was honest from the service team.

3000$ over msrp if you want to be ripped off go here make sure you ask about that number before they run your credit or waste your time on a test drive or tour of the tiny dealership pick a different one - Martin Chevy in Crystal lake was much better actually under msrp

Had a 9 am appointment for an oil change, but my car was not ready until 10:30 am
It does not take 1 1/2 hours to change oil.
