We had some questions about our bill and Nick helped us figure everything out. He went out of his way to make things easier and more economical for us Senior Citizens. He was so pleasant and helpful. Give him a raise!

I went to this store a few days ago to upgrade, but needed to order the phone I needed to the store. I quickly received a shipping confirmation, however it was not the phone we had agreed to order. I was told over the phone to head to the store once it had arrived in order to ship it back and order the correct one. I received the email today informing me that the phone was delivered, but once arriving to the store, I was told by the only associate there that she did not have the authority to do any of the above.

I purposefully make sure to visit the Rosemont ATT as they are helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel confident I am getting a fair deal without all the upselling.

A big thank you to Nick ! He helped us get my mom's new iPhone started. He had such patience to sit down and explain things step by step and not to mention so kind! What a great person to have working for at&t while having encountered a very rude employee at a diff location in Chicago. We will always come and see Nick for anything service related from now on! Same day availability only on some phones.Many others you need to physically go to the store and order the phone you want then wait for it and come back in to finally have your new phone .Its super convienent.Would give negative stars,but the lowest you can give is 1.
