We arrived at the restaurant at 3:00 on Sunday for a late lunch early dinner. We were greeted warmly and ushered to our table. The food was delicious; we shared the meatball appetizer and the Cesar salad. Both of our entrees were plentiful and arrived at the table hot. The factor that really contributed to this meal being exceptional was our server, Noah. He was efficient, knowledgeable, poised and most pleasant; a true asset to your business.

The food here at Carmine's is so delicious. I had the meat lasagna with a passion fruit cocktail. Carmine's upscale italian restaurant. The décor is low light, which makes it very comfortable and romantic.

The staff here is absolutely fantastic. From the moment you arrive, the valet sets you up for a great experience, and it just gets better when you step inside.

Came here on a business lunch, it is beautiful inside, a lot of dining space. It is however very loud. The food was delicious, service was good except for the one part where the waiter took away my cheese and I was still working on it. LOL, I don’t think he heard me right. That’s ok, kinda laughed about it. Next time I come back, I think I will clutch my plate harder, lolAnyway really recommend this please, great service and delicious food.My chicken fettucini alfredo was so good and the chicken was cooked perfectly.Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. Definitely recommend this place.

Step into the heart of Italy at Carmine’s Rosebud, where classical Southern Italian dining meets rustic charm. Upon entering, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. rustic elements such as exposed brick walls, wooden beams, and soft lighting. Immerse yourself in the flavors, wrapped in warm hospitality where the portions are generous, and each dish is especially prepared for you with a symphony of traditional flavors that tantalize the taste buds with hearty portions and authentic 100-year-old recipes, that never disappoints. Listed among the top dining destinations in the Des Plaines and Rosemont area, it promises an unforgettable experience if you are in the Chicago area.? What I Tasted: The journey began with hearty meatballs and a tower of eggplant stack—layers of grilled eggplant, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and balsamic drizzle For the main course, the ultimate Pasta Frutti di Mare stole the show with tender noodles and a flavorful thick homemade red sauce, brimming with delectable sautéed seafood. The sauces were delicately balanced in flavor and consistency. The seafood was tender and not overdone with just enough acidity and salt. Pair it all with a selection from the extensive Italian wine list for the perfect culinary experience.? Standout Feature: If you get the opportunity in the Rosemont area and get Booth 1, with John as your server, it elevates the dining experience to new heights. In addition to that, a real standout are the flavors of traditional Italian cuisine shine through in every bite, especially in signature dishes like the eggplant stack or anything with their traditional red sauce.⚠️ What Was Mid: While John's service may be exemplary, consistency can be lacking with other staff. Slow service, lack of attentiveness, and upselling without consideration for the diner's experience are occasional drawbacks that I have heard from others, and I personally experienced on some rare occasions.

We were seated right away. This place is great for large groups. Cocktails came out quick and the menu had a nice variety. But portions are huge! There are plenty of great Italian restaurants in the Chicagoland area but if you want to go to a place that handles large groups well and the food is solid, this is your place. The stand out dish was their eggplant appetizer but I would have totally gotten it as my entree.Calamari was good too.Our service was on point. We came on a Friday night and they were attentive and friendly. Based on previous reviews read, we had some concerns. But honestly we had no issues.

I really recommend this place. I chose scallops with rizoto it was so delicious. Our server was excellent ?. I wasn't impressed only from the hostess. All the restaurant were empty and she chose table front of the kitchen in the corner, then she moved us right next to the entrance to the kitchen. No comments about that!

Very good pasta and atmosphere. A little strange that you had to request the bread, but overall a nice experience.

Read the fine print. Restaurant Week 3/3-3/9 BUT lunch is only Monday-Friday. Our waitress delivered the check before our entrees were ever delivered and had no idea that she had't served us until we flagged someone else down. I don't mind paying for good food but the service needs to be good too.

We went just for drinks and they weren't very good. Espresso martini was not good at all. Service was lackluster. Got kicked out at 11 pm even though they say they are open until midnight. Overall experience was negative.
