Best store to shop for new borns. I absolutely love this store. They have so much to choose from. Great collections and too cute stuffs. They had some great offers on some of the boys clothing, upto 70% off.

Nice small shop for babies items. Prices are much better than the non outlet shop. Staff were very friendly, specially the Algerian cashier lady was very helpful and nice. I would definitely come here again.

I came to the mall to take my daughters shopping. While shopping in carters I hear a older African American lady tell someone to go on break, and she started talking to herself about whoever she told to go on break. Basically sneak dissing the worker. Then she walked past me, my baby was in the stroller and said “lil bald head pretty baby”…she lucky I didn’t want to act out in front of my daughters so I let it fly! So I put the clothes I was going to buy BACK and left the stores Besides… I love posting reviews and calling corporate now !!! Just because she said “pretty” don’t mean nothing. That was still RUDE & unprofessional

On few occasions I noticed I have not been fully refunded for returned items! I will definitely keep my receipt now to verify price I paid vs what I’m getting back. Great quality clothes though

This place is not good with online pick up orders. They're so unorganized! The lady asked me for my name and couldn't find my order so I showed her the order number and barcode I was emailed and she paid no mind. Finally she finds my order. So then I had to go again because my items shipped separately and I called them to check if it was there just to make sure and the 2 ladies that answered were so unhelpful and told me they didn't have an order with my name, which I had clearly already been charged for and she gave me no options as to what I could do. Their employees don't care. So upset with this place will not be going back.
