The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The manager black guy and cashier woman who were explicitly lying to say that they don’t have any cash to return my money back. I bought 2 shoes and one I requested to return. I paid in cash. The manager black guy and cashier blonde woman both hesitated to return the shoes and give my refund my money in cash. Then, they required me to come back tomorrow because they have no cash… I have never experienced such a poor and rude customer service deliberately lying to say they have no cash to give the refund!!! It is a clark’s brand shop located in one of the biggest shopping mall closest to O’Hare Airport!!!! Who would believe such a lie?! Beware, don’t purchase and make your payment in cash!!!

Sellers rude for no reason! They care more about if the shoes were right on the shelf rather than selling them. Huge loss for business.

I was there yesterday and not even once the attendant greeted me nor asked if I needed help . She was busier fixing boxes and texting . As you entered the store you don’t even notice if there is actually someone there working.

The worst experience ever! The salespersons were very disrespectful. I have never seen anyone treat customers this way! Today, we were their last customers. We walked in to 2 worker just chatting on the counter. We found some styles that we liked and my spouse took few different styles and colors to try. One of the worker walk around us impassioned that we better put them back where they belong if we not buying them. We have to collect and put all the shoes back but it was really humiliating. While checking out, I asked to worker what was her name and she said why so, I asked again and told her, I was going to report her. She said we are not maid and not here to pick up after you.
Her name is Julia M, Other worker name was Yana.
You are going to ruin your mood and day after going to this store.
My Recommendation— Don’t ever shop here.

My Spouse and I were there Saturday around 11:00 am. I guess we were their first customers. We walked in to 2 employees just chatting away. We found some styles that we liked and my spouse took several different styles and colors to try on all at the same. One of the workers told the other worker so he decided to walk around us ranting that we better put them back where they belong if we not buying them. They are not there to pick up after us. My Spouse was so upset and shaken that she wanted to leave but I talked her into finding what she needed so we can check out and I will call Headquarters and report them. While checking out, I asked to guy what was his name and he said why so I asked again and told him I was going to report him. He said what’s it to you. We not here to pick up after you. I told him he is going to hear about this and for him to find out what is job description is. We left and found out that he followed us and gave my Spouse a smirk. I decided to go back and return everything and found out his name is Detric B and the scared cashier is Julia. She kept apologizing and kept saying that she want nothing to do with what happened when I went back to do the return and found out that he was the Manager and the only one to do the return.

To the boy with the gray hair up front and the African American with the orange shirt that was unboxing boxes on 8/10 at 3:57pm, they are the most unprofessional people ever. Person up front ignored my mother and the boy in the back just gave me snarky remarks as I was asking a question. Not that it will matter to you guys, was going to buy a few pairs and then decided to put them back. They should be replaced immediately. Don’t ever shop here.

The worst experience ever! The salesperson was very disrespectful and racist towards us as Muslims. He kicked us out and refused to help us because he wanted to close earlier. My mother wears a hijab and he called me an “entitled biotch, you and your race”. We went back the next day to speak to the manager, and the manager also kicked us out and refused to handle this matter. I sent an email to Clark’s headquarters and no one got back to me!! I have never seen anyone treat customers this way! This should be escalated and this salesperson should be fired for the worst customer service.

I bought two pairs of shoes in the store on June 10th, today is June 19th, just 9 days, the shoes have been very badly ungummy, I took them to the store to ask, I said that I didn’t have the receipt, but you can check the shoes or my phone number on your computer system, there should be my shopping record, the store manager just said he needs receipt. He did not even respond that he could help me check my phone number to check my shopping record. The manager's attitude was very horrible. After only 9 days, the shoes were terrible conditions seriously? the quality is really poor , And the store manager, feel like never want to help me anything except receipts! I will never ever go this store and company again in my life.

Visited Clarks at Rosemont Mall last week and the staff wasn’t as bad as mentioned in previous reviews. Prices were great!! Two pairs for $100,- with lots of different styles to pick!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the staff at your establishment. During my recent visit, I had intended to inquire about purchasing some shoes, but unfortunately, the staff members appeared uninterested in their duties. They seemed preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves at the register, which gave the impression that they were not committed to their work. Moreover, when I did pose a few questions regarding the products, the responses I received were inadequate and did not sufficiently address my concerns. Consequently, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere and ultimately made my purchase at Aldo. As a customer, I believe it is crucial for businesses to prioritize attentive and knowledgeable service in order to meet the expectations of their clientele.
